The service call took place the same day as my request. The technician was thorough and prompt in assessing what was wrong with the dryer (burnt motor). Although I chose not to have the dryer repaired, I would definitely call on them again for any appliance service needs <br />

The staff, from the store personnel to the delivery guys are outstanding and always extremely helpful. Prices are great, too and I like to "shop local"! This is my second appliance purchase and I have at least one more to purchase in the near future and I will definitely buy at Appliance & Furniture Mart.

They are amazing. They came and delivered it. They took away the old one for no charge. When I couldn’t figure out how to get the washing machine to work right, I called and talked to the owner. I didn’t have to wait to talk to him. He spent a good ten minutes on the phone with me; troubleshooting how I was possibly loading the washing machine wrong. It was great having somebody spend that much time and being so knowledgeable about it. We would definitely use them again in the future.
