Tommy and his crew were very professional, punctual and did a great job. Went above and beyond my concerns. Repaired wind damage for free and I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company, from owner to receptionists and installers, they are great and do awesome work, and have the best warranty, that they actually honor.

They did a great job. Finnish the project on time, and the price is reasonable.

After frequent emails and calls (see previous review), I arrived home today, August 9 to find that the gate was fixed! Finally, instead of attempting to file or sand it down, they properly cut the gate so it fit correctly. Very happy now!!!! Thanks for finally taking care of this!

They completed the work in a day and did a great job removing the old fence. After they left I noticed the 6' gate (two doors) seemed to be (where the doors meet) to be poorly cut and one board wasn't nailed in. Also, in removing the old fence they had taken the rain meter for the sprinkler system, which was secured to the fence. I emailed them and they returned the next day and patched up the 6' gate and had the rain meterds. I then noticed after they left the the 4' gate would not close all the way in part due to the humidity and swelling the wood. I mailed them again (x3) and the owner came out and filed down the wood. However, this solution didn't last and again the gate wasn't able to close all of the way. I've emailed and called several times only to be told that someone would be out or the boss would call me as soon as he got in. The fence was installed on June 30 and it is now August 8, and the gate is useless. What started as a great experience has now left me wondering whether I made a wise choice. I'm just wanting a functioning gate. I don't think that's asking too much.

Had fence installed got a good price. On the day of job the workers brought the wrong number of sections. After the job the workers had the nerve to ask me for a tip knowing what they did during the job. I also wondered why they didn't leave a company sign on my fence? A week later i had my sprinklers blown out and I noticed that my heads were not getting pressure. When trouble shooting the problem we discovered the workers drilled through the sprinkler lines. I do understand the fence company is not responsible for underground lines that are not marked off. These workers tried to cover it up and cement the lines that caused more damage in the future. If they let me know what they did I could have had it fixed on the spot. I then contacted the company and the "secretary" said she would call the owner and for two weeks I got no response. I finally showed up at the office and finally the owner called me. He said his workers were known for doing this and he sent me a check for the repairs. Why he would keep these people I do not know? A month ago May 15th I turned on my sprinkers for the first time and nothing worked. I called my sprinkler guy and he troubleshooted the problem. He told me the that there were more lines drilled out due the fence installation 3 to be exacted and also all 4 of my valves were destroyed because there were cement and dirt logged in them. It cost me a total of $550 dollars to repair. I have pictures and the old equipement to prove. I tried calling A omega up and the "secretary" gave me the same run around that she passed off the message but I never got a response. I tried again today 27 July with no luck.. I'm not wasting my time in court ,so I'm going to pass off the information to other people. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.. This is an unethical company, my mother spent $5000 with them and I spent $6000. where is the loyalty? I'm an active duty service member in the Army and they know this, I will pass this along in my community also. I will say the owner seems like a nice guy but unfortunately the staff is a direct refection of the business. I don't recommend this company! John
first of all,the owner never showed up on the day of installation as he advertises. after the installation there were 2 broken posts. they came back and fixed them. then they never glued down the caps on the posts. they blew off and i had to go around to my neighbors houses and retrieve them. now, almost 3 years later i'm still having problems. twice in the last 4 months part of the fence became detached from the post. they come out and put the fence back in the post. it will probably fall off again because it was cut too short. yesterday (4/2) they came out and put the fence back in the post and cracked the cap. now they have to come out again and put a new cap on. can you believe after almost 3 years i'm still calling about this fence?
i rated this company as a bad experience because i feel that after almost 3 years i shouldn't be having these problems. my advice to anyone getting this company is to watch them like a hawk during installation. the workers are very careless.
They did a good job, and I had no major problems. They could have cleaned up a little better. They left a lot of big piles of dirt, which might be standard for fencing work. I did recommend them to other folks. They were kind of in the middle in terms of their quality but were better than anybody on price. The work they did was decent, not mediocre. I did not have any problems with their professionalism. I could have paid $1000 more for the job and had a little better work and better clean up, but I thought it was fine. I did have a service issue after the install - my gate wouldn’t close because it had sagged a little bit - but they did come back out and take care of it. They responded well. Two years later, the fence is still working fine. It is sturdy and in good shape, and I have had no problems. I would consider using them again in the future.
