Great!! Also used them to treat house for carpenter ants and now have them coming to spray every quarter. Lead worker, John, is a super guy. Professional but personable with a great sense of humor and really good to his guys,

Fantastic!! Three guys were sent over to work on the job. John was the lead worker and he was just a great guy. Wonderful sense of humor but so professional. They removed all the old, disgusting insulation and all the old Heating/cooling ducting. It took 2 days and as they performed their work, John discovered a sewage slick that our sellers had failed to disclose to us. At our request he took quite a few pictures to show us the problems. He also came back another day and treated the house for carpenter ants. We will have them back soon to remove insulation in the attic space and insulate both the attic and the underneath the house . Very, very pleased with their work.

Above and beyond, sprayed along the walls and treated below the house. 10-year garuntee for no extra charge which was way better than anyone else. Used termidor for the termite treatment.

The tech did a complete inspection of the crawl space both under the house and around the outside. Showed me two possible entry points and told me how and when to close them up. Baited several spots around the house and yard. Instructed me to wait before closing entry points to ensure there was no activity.

We had a problem with mice coming into the house and our efforts at repelling them weren't working anymore. Dusty from A-One came out , did an inspection under the house and saw evidence of mice activity and their entry points. He treated it with mouse bait and said someone would come back in two weeks to seal the openings. He was on time, courteous, professional and did a great job explaining the process. <br /> During the inspection, he also identified areas with fungus/mold from previous water damage and suggested a treatment for that which could be done when they returned. Two weeks later, another gentleman came out to do that and seal the openings. He was also on time, courteous and professional. <br /> We have not had a problem with mice since then. <br />

Inspection took about 30 minutes, was free and I was quoted a price of $295 to spray the exterior of my house, garage and garden shed as well as under the house. The technician explained the spraying process and answered all of my concerns about my pets and young children (precautions I could take, although unnecessary just so I would feel more at ease). He also pointed out a few access points in my foundation that he recommended that I address in the future to ensure that rodents and other creatures couldn't get under the house and ruin my nice new insulation :) <br /> Spray day was today and was quick and easy. <br /> I highly recommend! <br />

The blocks will send rodents away to water so they will not expire under home. There is no charge for the trap unless something is caught. Nothing was & they retrieved the trap a month later. Have heard no signs of any animals or rodents since. Shortly prior to this date the owner came to assess the situation. This company is Totally oriented to the customer. VERY happy with their service. 5 star service ;-D

I originally called A-One Exterminators to eliminate a pesty ground squirrel that had gotten under my house. Darrell Devish, came out to look, schedule an appointment, and give me the cost of the treatment. He was very nice and professional. My main reason for calling was to get rid of the squirrel but he said to just come out for the squirrel would only be a little less than including a bug spraying so I signed up for both. The exterminator arrived a few days later. He sprayed the entire house and by the evidence of dead bugs everywhere I would say he did an excellent job of spraying. <br /> As far as the squirrel part of it went, he opened up the crawl space door and threw in some rodent bait. I was a little disappointed for the fact that the squirrel had been entering at the opposite end of the house. I did hear the squirrel one more time about a week later but haven't heard him since so I'll have to see if it was a permanent fix. All in all I'm fairly happy with my experience but do have to say that I was promised a little more than I received on the squirrel problem such as a smaller exterminator would be sent, (my exterminator was not small), that would crawl to the other end of the house to place the bait and to see if there was an entry hole, locate where the squirrel had been gnawing, plug the entry hole, a free return visit to see if the problem had been resolved, etc. None of that happened. <br />

I think they have done a pretty good job so far and I don’t have any ants. I don’t know about the price since it was my landlord who got it done, but I do know that it was less than $100 to do the whole complex. They were friendly and courteous. They did the job, and did it right. They said that it could take a full week, but even the next morning, I saw a major difference in the ants, and I was very happy. They came out when they were supposed to. They were on time and it was nice. They were very professional.

It has been great. We have had no complaints. They are very easy to work with. I called them about a bill that I was confused about. Apparently, a technician was supposed to come here but went to the wrong home by mistake. They straightened it out right away. I would recommend their services.

The price was okay. They were willing to come out and redo the work quarterly. We didn't renew after the first quarter and they were good about that. We didn't get any high pressure from them. We didn't shop around for price.

Worker was very professional and sprayed for ants up to 30 ft from house. (Previous pest exterminator, "Killer," only sprayed 10 ft. and we thought our ants were coming from obvious hills 20-30 ft from house. For the first week after we still saw an occasional ant, but since then we don't seem to have any more. The only question I had was the "warranty." On the phone we were told we had a 90 day warranty, but when they left, the receipt stated, no warranty.
