A-team seamless gutters

So sorry I hired them! They installed our gutters last Sept. 1st and gave us a 7 year guarantee. We paid a reasonable price and they got the gutters done in 1 day. I was very pleased at that point. In late June of this year we had some heavy rain and I noticed rain POURING onto the front wall of our house. I noticed that mold had begun to form on the stones and so this had obviously happened at least once or twice already. At that point I immediately contacted Joanne at A-Team. She set up an appointment on June 24th to come look at it. The guys did not show up and did not call. I called her late that afternoon and she apologized and re-scheduled another appointment for Tuesday June 27th. She told me they were going to try to get it done quickly because they were closing for vacation in July. At that appointment, 2 workers came and looked at it. They tried to tell me that it wasn't the gutter that was the problem. It was part of the flashing that was broken. (It's a brand new house and A-Team installed the gutters...so if the flashing was broken it would have happened during the gutter installation.) The workers told me it wasn't their problem but if I wanted them to fix it they could do it....for a price. I declined. My husband followed up with a call to Joanne who told him she would have it fixed. And then they never showed up. They closed their office for the entire month of July. When August came I called again got a voicemail that they would re-open on August 7th. We've called a few times since then but still have had no response from them. My gutter still pours water on the front of the house when it rains hard. The mold has grown (and is probably behind the stones, too.) I did my homework before hiring them and didn't find negative reports. At first I was quite pleased with them (and even left a positive review on another website.) Unfortunately, given the experience we've had with them over the past few months I have to say I would NOT recommend hiring this company as their service and warranty is unreliable.

The project was done within a week of the estimate and it was done very well.

I am extremely pleased with not only the quality of the work but also the exceptional customer service this company provided. They were very attentive, ensuring all of my questions were addressed. This was my first time hiring for gutters and they made sure the processes was smooth sailing and stress free. The work itself was very well executed. The gentleman that came out to do the installation was very professional. He was knowledgeable and experienced, getting the job done right the first time. I well continue to hire them for any future gutter needs!

Excellent job. I love the many colors available and the 6 in., instead of 4 in. gutters, which are the ones offered by most other companies. The downspouts are seamless too ! They didn't come at the promised time, but they did call to let me know. Overall, excelent work. Very knowledgeable people, they gave more options about where to place the gutters for better results.

Raul came house 1 week ago give us the quote and said we can get that done in about 1 hour. Price was 1/3 anywhere else for a very clean and professional job. Oh yes and he and one helper completed in less than a hour. GREAT JOB !!
