We had a new room added to our small house. The workers were very nice and cleaned up after each days work. They took all the trash with them and Nathan was easy to work with. The room was done in a timely matter. We also had a garage door installed.

They showed little integrity and character. Lots of BS. Did not pull permits as required by the City. Had rain gutters installed along with replacing the roof and replace nine windows? Close to $19,000.00 Gutters: They showed up unannounced, when taking down old gutters just threw debris from inside gutters all over the yard to include the neighbors yard, no attempt to clean up. Were to place hinges on all four downspouts, did only two after much complaining came back weeks later to correct the problem. Were to place gutter guards when I asked if they did the installed looked at me with deer in headlights look. I do not know if I was credited the $500.00 off the bill. Also left many nails in street, mailman flung 12 nails in his tire. I also lost attire, luckily, I had a warranty on it. Windows: Had nine windows replaced. When they caulked around windows rather than wipe dust and dirt off, they just spread caulk, all nine windows show dirt and sawdust around the window. The bathroom was to be frosted; it is not. Larger windows in one bedroom and one in the kitchen were to be **double-hung**, they are **crank-out**. Two**crank-out windows** were installed wrong above the kitchen sink, they should have been reversed, the one on the right should have been on the left, and vice versa. As they are, the locks on the windows have a four-foot arm reach, the average person has a two-and-a-half-foot reach. After a month of waiting on them to come back and fix the bedroom window that would not open, I showed him the two-kitchen window, he took a picture of them and went outside with his phone said he would be back in a few minutes. After a while, I looked outside to see where he was and it turned out he loaded his equipment and snuck out on me. I texted Nathan to no reply.

Nathan at Charter Renovations managed multiple large scale project at our home including adding a garage, remodeling two bathrooms, and a new roof. He is great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The results are amazing! He works with experienced tradespeople who s work far exceeded our expectations.
