See above . So now I am out $85 Plus $99. 13 days is a long time to not have use of your appliance. I called the provider and she said someone will call my back. No one has called me back. I called probably 25 times and have Left voice messages and text messages. I used the providers portal to reschedule a new appointment. The portal confirmed a 9:00 am appointment today and the provider was a no show and still will not take my call. I was pleased with the work the technician did till I realized he created a huge expensive problem for me. I have now scheduled a with a reputable company to clean my dryer vent. It will be interesting to see the outcome.
