Professional & timely estimate by owner. They addressed my questions professionally. The quote was fair, thorough, and within my budget. All work was completed on time. The owner was on the job during installation. No problems during any phase. The crew also did a great job installing Xtreme Gutter Guards. These were higher rated for leaf and snow / ice build up versus the gutter guards suggested by other two gutter installation company's I received quotes from. We have had rain storms, high winds, and falling leaves since installation was completed. The gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards are working great. I would use David and A1 Affordable Seamless Gutters again, and recommend them after using their services. <br />

They were very good. They came highly recommended. There was one leader that was too close to the outside faucet that I could not turn on or off the water. He came and he moved the leader. He was very good about that.

Dave, the owner, came out, ON TIME, to make a quick repair on my gutters and I actually had to force him to accept a nominal amount to thank him for his time. I was so impressed by him that I have hired him to install gutter guards. A-1 had previously installed some gutters for me and I was as satisfied with their work then as I am now.

The cost was between $1,000 and $2,000. They did a reasonably good job. I was kind of disappointed in the fact that they pieced together a downspout instead of making it one piece. I thought that was unnecessary. Instead of dropping the downspout down a little bit to clear the lighting fixtures, he put the outlet on the gutter offset so now the downspout comes crooked to bypass the light. It was a bit ridiculous. I also had to tell them when things were crooked which was a little disappointing. They were nice guys and they tried hard. They had the opportunity for high quality but they kind of sabotaged themselves. They were pretty responsive.

First scheduled for a saturday but they did not show up and they did not tell us they were too busy on the first job until monday when they called to answer our message of when they would arrive on saturday. <br /> It seems there is no one in the office- its just an answering machine so its impossible to contact them directly. They did come out on monday to do the work but <br /> they had to come back again because they did not unclog the gutter which is the main reason they were called in the first place. The good news is the supervisor came out personally and took care of the gutter clog on wednesday. <br /> <br />

We have had a hard time finding reliable employees who take as much care and pride in their work as we expect and do. Unfortunately at the time of your job we were engulfed in an emergency job. The two main crews schedules were halted by a new development in meriden where the roofers botched the gutters so bad they had commercial gutters fallen and or hanging in a well populated area. Due to this and the electrical hazard it created we were very tied up. I did send two employees that I thought could handle a simple cleaning job and as you know I had to redo the cleaning. I truly apologise that your experience with my company was not better. I also thank you for supporting our family business. We hope you give us another chance in the future so we may show you we are a great company. With high quality workmanship and standards."

A great experience from start to finish. He returned phone calls promptly, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He came out the next day and gave us an estimate. He came back to do the job himself with an assistant a few days later. He fixed everything and it looks great. I would highly reccommend this company. <br />

Dave came by and gave a detailed estimate of how much it would cost to install gutters on our new home. He was knowledge and professional. He answered all our questions and was honest about what we needed to ensure that the gutters were what we wanted and not more. He advised us not to place leaf protectors on the gutters that were not under trees saving us hundreds of dollars. Jeff installed the gutters and were professional and did an outstanding job. You really have to look to see the gutters...can't wait until it rains agai!
