I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The person who called what polite and very apologetic however, I could not use their service at that time.

The job went very well and very reasonable priced. There were noticeable pet stains that traditional methods had not removed. When the job was finished, there were no visible signs of stains. I would hire again.

Miguel did a great job cleaning my carpets. He uses an interesting process that I haven't seen before -- the carpets are mostly dry after he's done, which means you can walk on them and start moving furniture back immediately. Such an interesting and personable guy who clearly loves what he does and is great at it.

Angie's list had a coupon. Also, A1 cleaners will go within a hundred mile radius. It took about an hour to clean three rooms, hallway and stairwell. They use an alcohol base so that the floors dry quickly and it removed stains.

Company rep was on time and friendly, performed work within an hour. However, did not clean carpet to my expectations as many stains remained on carpet. Dry-cleaning process employed did not seem appropriate for heavy stain removal. Ended up renting steam cleaner from Lowes the next day and spending two hours extra of my time trying to remove stains - did a much better job. Service probably ok for light stain removal and refreshing ...

Awesome results! Had ground in dirt in front of couch, and 3-4 other stubborn stains. All were perfectly removed, floors stayed dry. Very pleased!

Miquel was personable and punctual. He was really easy to speak with and explained everything he would do. He was quick and efficient and I appreciated the way he asked me to double check that the carpets looked good before he took payment. Great to have a dry carpet afterwards and not wet and damp rugs. Would hire again and loved the great coupon I got from Angie's List. Deal was $129 but stairs were extra for $4 each.

Miguel was very prompt and professional. He arrived on time and during his walk around confirmed what I had expected - a red ink stain could not be removed. I had expected this. Luckily we cover it with a small chest. The job was done quickly and thoroughly leaving all areas sparkling clean with a fresh, pleasant odor. The animal stains that I had been concerned about were totally removed. I would certainly hire him again

We have a Rug in our foyer that has had a odor issue for over three years. We have tried other carpet cleaning services in the past with no success. The A1 process worked miracles for our Rug. No more strange odors!

Miguel arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, did a walk around with us, and proceeded to quickly complete the job. In the past we have used extraction to clean the carpet. We will use this method and this provider in the future.

This is the ONLY carpet cleaning I will ever use. He removed two stains, that I tried everything on, like it was nothing. Carpet can be walked on immediately. It smells great and is safe for pets.
