He installed a new spring system to raise and lower my garage door that never worked properly even after two attempts to repair it The door jammed after the initial installation and first repair. and jumped as it moved after the last one. I hired another company that said it was the worst installation they had ever seen. They said the rewind bar would fail due to faulty installation and that my 18 foot door required two springs rather than the one he installed. They removed everything he installed and installed a system that works smoothly. When I spoke to him about the problems he promised to come by and resolve the issue. He failed to come on the day he promised and did not respond to a voicemail I left him. I contacted him again and after several additional conversations, he agreed to refund what he charged for the installation. I did receive the refund.

He showed me where the door had originally been installed without adequate supports an explained how I could install some myself, but also offered to help if needed. I was VERY impressed.

Robert was amazing to work with and I would hire him again. He originally installed a new tension rod. Each time the door came off of track he would come by and get it working again. He would come by after hours to ensure the garage door was down for my families safety. Finally I decided to buy a new garage door. He installed it and came by 2 months later to do the check-up to ensure all parts were still tight and working.
