Gutters were installed. Water ran behind them onto the fascia board and off the ends. A crew came out and installed larger gutters also stating the first installer had been fired. Same problems. This went on with 6 crews coming out, they usually didn't show up when scheduled, they didn't return calls at times, the person answering the phone constantly mixed things up and the last crew was rude, came at an unscheduled time, and wouldn't wait 10 minutes for me to get home. They left so quickly trying to avoid me they left a tool on my roof. They did install a drip edge finally which was I ask about after the 2nd crew came and I had the same problem. This was one of the worst experiences I have had of incompetence and poor customer service. They started out good and deteriorated quickly. I would never, ever use this company again. Their rating on this site must be from much earlier customers.

After repeated calls they finally showed up and installed the new system. The workmanship was substandard regarding the installation of the leaf screens and two of the downspouts. I discussed the shortcomings with Ed, the owner, and he said he would come by to review the problems. Again after repeated calls and no shows, He came by and agreed to send one of his men to correct the issues . Once again with many calls, the office mgr. sent someone over. By this time I had already corrected the downspout problems but the Leaf screens were another matter. He looked at the way the screens were installed in one particularly bad inside corner and said he didn't have the materials with him to make the improvements and would talk to his boss and call me to set a time to come back. Of course I knew at that point I would never hear from them again. I was right. I can not recommend this company.

We found them through Angie’s List. It was no big deal. Usually we pick the ones that already have an “A” rating. That is the whole point. They were on time and professional. He was pretty amazing. He was pretty good. We did get quotes from a couple of companies and they were all about the same price. It works, the gutters recline and the water pours out. That was also related to our coughing and stuff, we thought we were getting moisture in the house, the water was pouring down off the roof. We are still coughing, we don’t know what’s wrong with us.

okay, but they insisted we pull down our flood lights, which caused us to have to reinstall, not an easy task... placed a downspout in a spot we didn't talk about during estimate - installer said the estimator made a mistake, that it had to go in the "lowest spot." agreed to this, but the downspout was installed next to the house (in the middle), causing flow of water to go directly up against house in a low-lying area, totally depleting the reason we had them installed in the first place. had to call them back and they installed a 12' extension out to the side of the house on the ground, so now we have to pick it up and mow around it all the time. could have been handled much better. not happy with this. communication was poor, at best. now, we have an area at the front of the house that is started to grow mildew where we never had a problem before, concerned that the gutter job is causing it. we've lived here 10 years and not had this problem until the gutter installation. house was new when we moved in. wondering about their knowledge of proper installation. the guttering itself looks good, good quality materials used. just not sure if these people are as educated as they should be.? :(

<p>A good price and the owner kept in touch with me as to the progress of my roof in order to schedule the gutter installation.They showed up when scheduled. The 2 man crew was very friendly and discussed planned installation and location of downspouts with me prior to commencing work. I am very pleased with the job. It started out with the estimate being given on time as scheduled. After receiving approval from my association I made an appointment for the installation. The day of installation the team arrived as scheduled and went over a few details with me as well as answering my questions. This company uses good quality materials and I was impressed by the way they attach the gutters to the fascia board. They use a bracket/hanger that's screwed in, not nailed in and keeps the gutter straight and prevents it from sagging over time.  The material was selected to match my trim color and it did. My quote was a fraction over two others, but well worth it. They left my property clean causing no damage. Thank you. <br />

Ed was very professional. The entire experience was pleasant. Gave us a great quote, very competitive. The gutters were installed beautifully and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely recommend A1 gutters for anyone who is looking to have any type of gutter service. A+++++ <br />

Eddie was very patient answering my numerous and I'm sure annoying questions. Professional and personable. Honest and fair. His crew, Nick and Leo, showed up exactly as promised and put up my gutters in about 3.5 hours. They too put up with annoying my annoying questions, and minor adjustment suggestions. They didn't leave one scrap or screw behind. My home looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier. Would reccommend to anyone considering adding or replacing gutters

There were on time, polite, and proved excellent workmanship for a reasonable price. We will use them again when needed. <br />

A-1 Gutters & More the best company I have ever had install seamless gutters on my house have had two others in area do similar work the others where more expensive and did not have quality materials. A-1is the best at what they do in whole Treasure Coast! Wally and Ed where excellent installers!

It went great.  Contact was made the day I was told it would.  Ed was late but called to say he'd be there.  Ed is a great guy and knows his stuff.  Eddie and Wally installed the fasica and gutters.  Wally is a pro at gutter installation, made some recommendations and we followed them.  Installing seamless gutters, to me, is not easy, but they managed to do it.  There are absolutely no seams.  I would use them again and highly recommend them for anyone who needs new gutters.  The price is quite inexpensive for the work performed. <br />
