EXCELLENT! Honest, Hardworing workers. Did an amazing job. From Salesman Mike to Supervisor did everything perfect. I would highly recommed them for my neighbors and frinds.

My roofing project went great from beginning to end with A1 Home Improvement. I had 3 other companies come give me estimates. A1 sales rep Cody stood out from the group. Cody was punctual, knowledgeable, straight forward with me without any pressuring sales tricks. Cody talked about and treated my home like it was his own and was a wealth of knowledge for other projects I’d like to get done. On the day of my project Markeese and his team did excellent work. They made sure my roof looked great! Markeese kept me informed on the job throughout the entire day and answered all my questions I may have had. Now I did have concerns about some trim that didn’t look entirely right but Markeese and Corine from the office were quick to address my concerns. Within a few days Lenny and Carlos were back to make the trim on my house look perfect. At the end of my project Tawana made finishing paper work, payment, and warranty information as easy as possible. I can’t thank the team at A1 enough !

Anthony in sales is a top notch guy. Expectations were set and clear. It was a pleasure working with him. The crew was fast, efficient and polite. My siding looks incredible. Thank you also to Dominick for making sure it went well. I would highly recommend. Quality products are worth it in the long run.

Roofing its something no home owner ever wants to do, but most have to go through. I won't even lie I wasn't even planning on getting a new roof, but Dale Knocked on my door and thats where the process started. My roof did go through insurance & aside from signing paper work/paying my deductible A1 handled everything. Obviously specific details from the insurance goes to you and then given to A1. Its not a short process and there is paperwork you have to sign, but all In all it did take me about 4 to 5 months where the process was started to roof replacement. Dale handled interactions with showing my the conditions of my roof and how to go about getting it put through the insurance. The only hiccup was that I have solar panels and I did feel like they where taken down to early (almost 5 months off), but I made my concerns known and one of the Managers called me and credited me $500 bucks (100 per month) that the panels where off. They did tell me setbacks in productions and things happen, but made me happy by giving me this credit. Didn't fight me on it, and didn't make me feel like I was just an insurance check on the other end. You can trust A1 home improvement with your home. I would like to thank Dale for his work & all the others that helped me throughout one of the most stressful process there can be for a house.

This was a very frustrating experience. There was limited communication and extra expenses that were not discussed.

A1 did a great job on my new roof and gutters. Clearly defined scope of work, prompt and flexible scheduling, used high-quality shingles with a good warranty. They don't subcontract out their roofing work, which is a big plus. Considerate workers, documented the new roof with photos and videos, and had everything cleaned up by the end of the day. Recommended for a trouble-free roof replacement.

We are extremely happy with A1 Home Improvement. We hired them to install siding on our home. From start to finish, wonderful staff to work with. Joe, our salesperson, spent a lot of time with us and even provided a 3D image of what our house would look like once completed. Tawana and Lisa promptly answered any questions brought to them. The installation team, Jose' and his crew were wonderful and did an excellent job. The guys that installed the gutters also did a great job. Our overall experience was excellent. Our home is just beautiful!

Very professional and clean.

Was very nervous hiring someone to do my roof. I’ve had bad experiences in the past. The salesman Nick met me at my home. Gave me in full detail a step by step breakdown of how the project was going to unfold. I just got my deck done a month prior. He assured me that everything would be covered, and the clean up would be thorough. On the day of my installation, not only was property protected. The owners of the company Zak, and Rich came out personally to bring insulation board to cover my railings of my new deck. I was very impressed with that, the detail and follow through with everyone involved with the project. My wife and I are planning to get the roof done on our rental property this year, and I know I only need to make one call to get the job done right. I highly recommend A1 Home Improvement for any outdoor project you have.
