They were quick and very professional.

They were the best company in the our town. From start to finish they did what they said they're going to do. The owner explained and examine everything. He took care of everything and the communication was really good. He told me what he's going to do and he did it exactly. It was perfect and they had at the most reasonable price.

It went great. They were super informative and on time. They made the bad situation great. They had fair price.

We had a small leak in the basement wall from the kitchen sink. A1 came out and removed all the mold from the leak. They were very professional and got the job done quickly!

A1 Mold testing were very prompt in responding to our needs. Extremely professional, honest and a great experience. They were hired due to a water leak but found no mold. So amazed that they were so honest and did not take advantage of the situation. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Steve was professional, personable, and willing to discuss and explain throughout his visit. Wish I would have gotten a couple more samples while he was at my house. He took the samples he felt were needed (which I agreed to based on his professional judgment), but once the results came back, I was left wondering about other areas that weren't sampled. Unfortunately, to get these samples at this point I would have to pay ~$150 in travel mileage and time again.

First of all let me preface by saying that I purchased this home on foreclosure and it had been neglected for several years, including the gutters which is what caused the leak in the foundation wall.  Because the problem was allowed to continue for so long it had spread to all of the drywall in the basement.  A-1 came in and removed the bottom two feet of drywall, vapor barrier, and insulation from all the exterior walls of my basement they also removed a few rotted spots of the framing and painted a couple small patches with a mold and mildew resistant paint.   The whole process took approximately a week and the did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves.  After the crew left we noticed a couple patches of the block that still had mold stains on them, when I contacted them about this they came out again and painted the block in those spots.  Maybe I am naive about this, but I think that it would have been prudent to paint all of the exposed studs and blocks to hopefully prevent any future issues.  The workers that came to my house were barely out of high school, but they were professional although I don't know how experienced they were. Overall it was an unexpected expense so I am not happy about it, but they did an ok job.  I still think they were a little overpriced, but I didn't have time to get multiple quotes. <br />

The team was great at answering all my emails where I was asking question after question really trying to understand what they were going to do and what products they would use etc. <br /> It was a two day process: day one was insulation extraction, day two was remediation <br /> The team showed up on time and was courteous and professional and patient as I asked even more questions as they were here doing the work. The extraction went well and the attic was very "clean" after almost 50 years worth of insulation, debris and "gunk" was removed. <br /> I'm no expert, but the mold remediation looks great to my eyes - the fungicide they use goes on white so it's easy to look anywhere in the attic and see the result. <br /> The crew did a great job sealing off my house using zippered plastic "doors" so we could get to our bedrooms at night. The idea was to isolate the attic from the house using negative pressure and that went off without a hitch. Their cleanup afterwards was great too - I didn't find any bits of insulation or debris anywhere in the house. <br />
