This was the first time I had used Angie's list. I was very pleased with George of Certified Roofing and Chimney of Scotch Plains, NJ. My husband and I needed our chimney cleaned and repaired. We also needed new gutters. George was great. He called us back immediately and texted us when he was on our way. He showed up at the exact time he told us and completed the job. This job was for a complete rebuild of my house chimney from the roof line up, the contractor did everything I asked him to do by adding a screen to the top to keep animals out, added a protruding row of bricks at the 2nd row from the top and adding aluminum flashing around the base of he chimney. The contractor recommended a stronger brick which I agreed to and his time line he quoted was met, good quality work at a decent price.
