A1 Plus Electrical, Plumbing & Air

Replaced an electric panel. Travis was my tech. Showed up on time for the quote. Answered all my questions and then some. Reasonable price and he did good work. Would definitely recommend.

I recently used A1 Electrical, Plumbing and A/C for a small job?replacing three recessed lights in my bathroom ceiling?and overall had a decent experience. On the positive side, their communication was solid from the start. They were responsive, showed up on time, and the electrician who handled the job was clearly certified and knew what he was doing. The work itself was completed quickly and without any issues. I also appreciated that they were willing to offer a discount to help bring down the final cost, which shows some flexibility and customer consideration. That said, the pricing is definitely on the higher end. Paying close to $300 to replace three recessed lights felt a bit steep, especially for what seemed like a relatively straightforward job. It almost feels like some of the pricing reflects broader overhead costs (like fuel or service fees). Additionally, they do charge a diagnostic fee?although it can be applied if you move forward If you're budget-conscious, shop around

They were excellent - great communication, VERY tidy. It looks great, they even vacuumed! I would recommend them.

Very prompt and professional. He did a great job.

Quick, friendly and did a very professional job.

Very professional and good quality work.

Very helpful even with some of my more difficult asks. Everything went smoothly for a panel replacement (FPE to Leviton). Highly recommend

I paid $700 to have someone straighten out some wires, but my house probably would’ve burned down otherwise so I suppose it was worth it

They were fabulous to work with and got the work done the same day. Highly professional, very nice and we will definitely be using them again. Also, their prices are reasonable.

Very friendly and really knowledgeable!

We had an underground supply line failure in the middle of the night and had to find a pro fast to get it replaced. A1 Plus replied to our inquiry quickly and got us scheduled for an estimate that day. The technician, Jose was really professional and knowledgeable in walking us thru the whole project. He really put us at ease explaining the steps in the repairs. Everyone I spoke to at the company (Griselda, Rosemary, Itzel) were all friendly and helpful. The price they quoted was several hundred dollars less than the previous quotes and it was upfront and easy to understand the breakdown. We also joined the yearly membership that offers discounts on repairs and were able to save 10% immediately on the job. The guys that did the actual repair were very nice and did a great job getting the work done. We are very happy with the work and the company and glad to have a reliable, honest electrical service we can rely on for future jobs.

A1 Plus provided a free quote for the EV charger installation and we accepted. Bert was able to do the work immediately, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job installing the charger.

Good.

Did an excellent job installing a new circuit breaker to our house

Skylar was a top end professional from start to finish. He was amazing with walking us through each of the steps he was testing on our AC to see why it was not turning on and taught us about the system and what to look for. He was able to find out the problem and implement a solution quickly. We will always reach out to A1 Plus for our HVAC needs.

A1 is my primary electrical service company from this day forward. My underground cable from street to my meter lost a leg of power. We had partial power and that meant no AC.I switched to generator with a transfer panel which ran 10 circuits only. I setup 3 electric repair companies to come out ASAP for estimates. A1 was the first to show up , same day. The estimator , Ricardo, was very knowledgeable and walked me through what he saw as needing to be done .My house panel was an old Federated panel and he informed me it had to be replaced/relocated due to code and suggested upgrade my service to 150. I was not happy to hear, but the next 2 companies that showed up said the same thing. Ricardo was very quick with his estimate as well as answered all my calls even after he left. The appointment was made for Monday morning and we had power restored that night. The inspector said they did a great install.

A1 Plus Electrical had the best price, and the electricians and plumber did excellent work! The only problem experienced was that it took 5 to 6 weeks for A1 Plus to get the permits approved after stating that they could get the permits approved and install the generator within 2 weeks. All other companies couldn't do the work for at least 2 months or longer! I had to contact A1 Plus general manager to get things moving after several permit submissions were rejected by the city. A1 Plus mitigated this time inconvenience by installing an electrical outlet in the garage at no cost, and once the permits were approved, everything was done within 7 days. Permits were approved on Friday, and installation started on the following Tuesday, and city permit inspections were done on the following Friday! All within one week! Would I hire A1 Plus to install my generator in the future? YES!

The employees were capable, courteous & easy to communicate with. Went above, & heyond

Friendly office staff and technician even though it was after office hours. Very knowledgeable technician and had my problem diagnosed right away, then fixed within 15 minutes.

Best quote and best work…i used them for two projects.

Great!

Work was a bit pricey, but they were onsite to evaluate/quote and then complete the work extremely fast.
