Installer showed much attention to detail and perfectionism when laying the tile; from leveling the base floor to straight grout lines. Our floors and fireplace look beautiful!

They were inexperienced in providing the estimate. I paid them $300 more above the estimate price. I also provided them lunch. He gave me a bid price of $2500 and he came to do the job he said it has to be $3000 and wife and I agreed $2800. When they time to leave I gave them $3000. And then when I came back I saw a lot of things that he need to be done. It was very frustrating that I am not getting hold of them and did not return my phone calls. I did not recommend them.

"we have done 2 projects for this lady 1st one was porcelien flooring installation was great but she didn't pay for floor leveling or the materials we provided for her she was to dispose of her carpeting on her behave and did not pay for the carpet disposal again company cost loss 2nd project begged for us to go backfor her shower and was asked about her old materials again said it was on her behalf,she ended with another company loss she has been trying to get us to go back for more tile installation that was not on contract. keeps Adding more and wants it for the same price. company has decided to take no more losses,she would not have paid for the work if it was not completed and she had approved of the project before workers departed. also want to add that one of my workers had been attacked by her dogs witch again is a danger to my workers."

It went excellent, Elisa and team were great, gave me a lot of good recommendations during the demo and install. Their prices are good and they stick to there contract. If they say three days the work will be complete in 3 days. It's really refreshing to see a company that's willing to help while giving exceptional service. I will use them going forward for all my work and advice new customers to do the same. Nothing but positive feedback for their awesome work. I wish I could show before and after oictures.
