A-Proseal Water Proofing

We had a good experience using A-Proseal to help correct some water issues in our basement. They had to come out a few times to fully address our issue, but they were always responsive and professional.

Very good job, done quickly at a very a good price

I hired them 1st time in 2015 to fix 4 cracks in the foundation 2 done from the inside and 2 from the outside. Job was to take about 6 hours it took much longer because they encountered some difficulties that they were able to deal with and didn't charge any more than what was quoted. Then I hired them again in 2018 to dig up the front yard and lay new drain from the back of the house to the front, 6 men all day and again no change in price and did great work.

I waited a year to post this as I wanted to make sure it worked! It did. Fernando came in explained the work and performed it and cleaned up great. I would strongly recommend Him again and would use him again if the need arises. He did not try to sell me sump pumps etc. but reviewed the issues and corrected them. The work was performed on 2/21/2018

They responded quickly, assessed my situation, and completed part of the job, filling two foundation cracks. Unfortunately my job entails some specialized concrete work with aggregate surface that A-Proseal does not do. I found this company to be very fair in their pricing. They were fine with doing part of the job to wait to see the outcome. My job will require some additional work in excavating to assure water will not leak into the basement after the house has settled for 25 years.

They provided a solution that worked, and was very cost effective for us. So far so good, it seems to be working great!

When a crack in our basement's wall began to leak, I shopped around for a company to make the repairs. I chose A-Proseal to do the work and I am very happy with my decision. I found that A-Proseal was the most responsive and the most competitively priced. Everyone at the company is professional and the quality of their work is excellent. When I called a number of companies to schedule estimates, for example, their receptionists told me that no one was available to come out for weeks. One of the companies said I'd have to wait at least a month. At A-Proseal, Fernando answered the phone on the first call and said he was available to come out that same day. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. Fernando arrived that afternoon with a younger gentlemen. They took notes, described to me how the work would be performed, and showed me samples of their completed projects on the tablet they brought. They left me with a two page estimate that included a lifetime warranty. Sometimes simplicity is everything! By comparison, other companies that eventually came out, provided me with expensive brochures, folders, online presentations as well as suggestions for me to purchase additional products and services that we don't need and didn't ask for. Digging trenches and installing new gutter systems? But we just paid for a whole new gutter system, which was installed last year! Are there things we can do to improve water drainage? Absolutely, but we don't need to replace a new gutter system with another. Then, when I have to log in to my computer in order to see and print out an elaborate multi-page estimate with a breakdown of all these costs, it's already a no go. A-Proseal, on the other hand, made things easy. Their two page estimate for my simple project was all I needed. Handing me the estimate with contact info printed on it, makes for quick and easy reference. A-Proseal did not try to up-sell other products and services we don't want; they gave me an estimate for exactly what I asked for, which I greatly appreciate! Megan at A-Proseal was also great about following up with me. She was accommodating and we scheduled a time and date for the work to be completed. The technician was very thorough, detailed in his craft and left the work area very clean. He was professional and even put on booties when walking on the first floor. I like to keep the floors clean, so that was nice. Afterwards, my husband inspected the work and he too was pleased with the results. Based on our personal experience, we highly recommend A-Proseal.

They were very nice and showed as promised: however not at all happy with the finished work. They could not get the sunken sidewalk concrete slab completely even with the adjoining slabs so they filled it in with concrete (kind of like a ramp) and it looks terrible) and the second one is already cracking) I called and told them I was not happy with the work and they said they could discount the work by 10% but I don?t want a discount I wanted the work done right. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I am very pleased with the customer service and work done by A-PROSEAL. They were very prompt in returning my initial call and in the times were met. They offered a clear description of the costs and work to be done. And when the work was completed, I was shown pictures of every stage of the work.

it was a small job that not many people responded to...so we were very glad when they came out to give us an appraisal and loved the work that they did. Will definitely call again for another job!!

Looks like they did a great job. Price was reasonable. Was able to get the quote and have the work done in a much shorter period of time than some of the big name companies were asking.

It was a pleasant experience working with Fernando. He was on time for the estimate, gave me the estimate, and right on time to finish the job. I am impressed with his work and his honesty. The original estimate was for two cracks (estimated seeing from outside), but after cutting the dry wall, he realized that the other crack is not a major one, which doesn't need to be repaired, so he was honest about it and removed the cost of that from the bill by himself. Job well done.

Quick to make appointment. Came on time and spent time going over options. Fair pricing. Crew came as scheduled, did a great job and left work site neat and clean. Couldn't be more satisfied. Would highly recommend them to help with water seepage issues.

Fernando was very knowledgeable in presenting the options for a non-leaking foundation crack in our basement.
