I was told that the plumber would arrive between 11:30 am and 1 PM on 7.3.2019. The actual arrival time was 3 PM. The two plumbers who arrived did not complete the job properly which resulted in a gas company generated warning notice. I contacted AAA and spoke to the owner who agreed to come out and resolve the incomplete job. The owner arrived in a timely manner and completed the job in a few minutes. A bad situation was turned around for the good.

Took FOREVER to do the work... two months and still DID NOT FINISH the job. Sink drains LEAKED under the cabinet, faucet handles were INSTALLED BACKWARDS, tub was never installed because new DRAIN WAS MISALLIGNED, and could not be connected, plumber requested new spout from reputable plumbing source twice, claiming it would not fit, but he DID NOT READ THE ENCLOSED DIRECTIONS to remove a part before installing, (all spouts were in good working order) then proceeded to loose the spout and blame the plumbing company, but asked me how much it cost. Came to my house before work was completed in early December, unprepared, and at that time, hand wrote an invoice, without any log of hours worked, for $5500.00 and demanded payment. Promises that were never kept, talked more than he worked, lacking tools and parts that are necessary and normal for a professional plumber to have with them, claiming $800 in parts and inspection costs with no receipts provided, (but promised) are examples of his unprofessional operation. He did brag about his new trailer and paint job. Several lengthy calls from the plumber followed, surrounding the lost spout and the plumbing resource provided me with a new spout at no cost and a professional plumber finished the job. <br />
