Gerald came out (right on time!) and cleaned our dryer duct vent to prevent fires.  He <br /> did a thorough job, and even cleaned the floor under the dryer with <br /> spray by hand.  He used his gizmo to get the lint out of the dryer pipe, <br /> and dryer vent pipe that goes to the roof.  He gave me a lot of <br /> information about how to keep safe from fires.  I like the assurance <br /> that our house will not burn down due to neglect.  His company came out <br /> about 1-2 years ago and did an excellent job (fixing the mess the <br /> handyman made of it).  They had told me the way to tell if you need your <br /> vent cleaned is if you put your hand on the top of the dryer for more <br /> than a few seconds and if it's hot (mine was warm after 1-2 years, cold <br /> before though) it's time to clean it.  Gerald is very professional.  He <br /> does however need a secretary to answer his calls.  I will definitely be <br /> a repeat customer.  I highly recommend them. <br />

<p>My property manager recommended this company.  I called about a week ahead of time to schedule the appointment.  They scheduled my day and stated they would arrive between 9am and 11am.  On the day of the appointment Gerald arrived shortly before 10am.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  He serviced the furnace and gave me some pointers future use.</p> <p>I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them!</p> <br />

<p>As I was leaving on vacation 2 weeks ago, I noticed my Water heater was leaking. I called Gerald and he gave me advice to not have it blow while I was away. He came the day after I returned and in 4 hours had a new WH installed and ready for another 20 years ( I hope). Gerald uses quality products (Rheem) . This is his specialty so he works fast and well. Gerald is a gentleman and made me very comfy having him in my home. HIs promotion price on AL is not a come on. I paid what was advertised , all inclusive, plus a little extra to bring my piping up to code .I loved having a firm price before he began  and no surprises after. I also like dealing with the owner of the company. This was a totally painless process, thanks to Gerald.</p> <p>5/9/2014- The city inspector came today to check the install. He told me that 15% of his inspections do not pass do to poor workmanship. I asked how this one was and he said it was absolutely top notch! "excellent quality work". Gerald was great. Walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone and it turned out all I needed to do was clear my venting tube of snow. My water heater is back to 100%. He saved both of us time and $$. Thanks Gerald!

I purchased a deal for a furnace inspection.  The serviceman wasn't sure how to use our  thermostat (turning it from off to heat), so I'm not ranking them high on quality.  He was only there for 20 minutes. <br />

We called Gerald Monday night after hours, he gave us an idea of what may be wrong with our water heater.  The next day he arrived with the proper permits and replacement water heater, he did a great job.  Will use his service again.  Thanks Gerald. <br />

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out good. I paid $5.05 extra other than the big deal purchase to actually get the certification that addresses the infection. We had to have it certified to show that it was clean and in good condition before we could sell our house. It was the first time we had used them. It was hard to schedule with them because it was around 4th of July, but they were really good at getting back to me to like to try and work something out. I would recommend them because I thought they were good. The guy that came out was really nice. He knew what he was doing and he did it quickly.

They were prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Gerald showed up on time and took some time to evaluate the dryer vent.  It was in a totally different place than I thought it would be.  After cleaning the vent, he checked the flow.  He gave me an honest overview of my vent, that it wasn't too bad to start with and now was totally clear.  Gave me peace of mind. <br />

It went very well.  Gerald worked quickly and along the way explained how the expansion tank worked. <br />

<p>I noticed that my hot water heater pilot kept going out and figured that the thermocouple needed cleaning.  The way my water heater is set up, I wasn't sure how to disassemble the burner panel to gain access so I called AAAA based on their reviews here.  I was not disappointed.  </p> Gerald came the same day I called and within the time window he quoted.  When he removed the panel he found a fair amount of burned insulation which he cleaned thoroughly.  He then cleaned my thermocouple with the caveat that if it did not take care of the problem, the burner unit would need to be replaced (it's all one piece), but did not try to sell me a new unit right then.  I also had a coupon for new customers, so the cost was $40 instead of $65.  I've had no problems with the pilot in the past two days, so I'm hopeful that the problem is taken care of (until the carbon clogs it up again!).  All in all, I'm very pleased with the work he performed. <br />

Gerald responded to my call within 12 hours of my hot water tank breaking.  He was professional and friendly.  He removed the old heater and was very patient with my questions as he installed the new one.  He left the space tidy when the work was completed.  The hot water heater passed inspection with no problems and has been working very well.  I would hire this company again. <br />

Which the father did show me when it happened. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> When he put them back on one of them was hung crooked. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I was also quoated less for job than it ended up costing us. I contacted AAAA Heating Water for information on cleaning the ventilation system on our new home.  They provided and estimate on the phone based on the square footage of the home.  I scheduled the service and AAAA Heating Water arrived as we had planned.  They performed the services appropriately and professionally.  I paid slightly less than the estimate (based on the number of heat vents).  I am completely satisfied with the work provided and highly recommend AAAA Heating Water .  They are very friendly and easy to communicate with. <br />

They came in and did what they were supposed to do.
