The guy came out , I told him what the washer was not doing which was no spin cycle he said ok maybe needs a new transmission then said be better off just getting a new washer i said oh ok well what do i owe you he said $49.95 for the service call . Showed up in a car with a guy he called his technician so i paid him and they left . I believe his name was chris and I'm not sure about the technicians name.

I called at 6:30pm in need of a repair and was told a technician could be at my house between 8am & 9am the following morning. Vitaly arrived around 8:45am, quickly diagnosed the problem, and offered to pick up the necessary part and return to install it the same day. All told, my washing machine was back to working perfectly by 11:30am the day after I called.

Despite the distance from the business, AAA was the ONLY service willing to repair my fridge same day. Gave me a window of 6-9 p.m., and showed up around 6:30. Work was done in a timely manner and repair service was reasonable. Very happy!

He replaced broken parts.

I had a warped freezer drawer gasket -- the rubber seal that keeps air from entering the freezer. Repairman came out and fiddled with the drawer tracks, all appeared to be well. About six months later the problem returned, and I discovered that he'd shoved my own paper toweling into the gasket to make it appear repaired. Called the same company back to stand behind their original work. They never called me back.

11-year-old refrigerator had an issue with the freezer not getting cold enough and not making ice like should. Our side-by-side Whirlpool refrigerator suddenly stopped working after no issues for over a decade and half. John quickly determined the cause and had parts on hand as well, so fixed it right away. He also cleaned all the debris behind the bottom grill and advised us how to maintain it properly - very useful. Good job!

Freezer stopped working on Saturday night and I found out Sunday morning. Almost impossible to find someone to work on a Sunday, even places advertised as open 24/7. The repair man came that afternoon when stated and replaced a part.

Very well. Left an email message 10 pm Tuesday. Received a call from Mark first thing Wednesday morning. I took the 6-8 pm service time. John called at 7:30 pm and said he would be there at 8:30. When he arrived he knew immediately knew what was wrong with my refrigerator. He had the part on his truck and finished the job within 45 minutes. Now everything is cold again! I really appreciated how prompt AAA was and the late hour they worked to get my refrigerator working correctly. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Repaired timely and well.

The technician was able to come to our house fairly quickly and told us the fan motor needed replacing. He said it was on back order and would take a month to get in. I asked if he would check other places for the part. He said he did but couldn't get it sooner. We had to call multiple times to get a response. Finally, I checked at Sears and got the part delivered to our house within 3 days. When he replaced the part, the fridge still wouldn't cool. He came back and said he thought maybe the motherboard was broken, but said he wasn't sure. He wanted us to replace the motherboard and said he would call me back. That call never came and we ended up calling a different company.

Well. Willy freed it up, showed me how to do it next time and left me with the tool to do it.

Short visit. Repairman recommended replace washer due to rusted spider assembly.

Quickly determined and fixed the problem.

The tech was able to come out 2 hrs earlier than expected. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the shift actuator in less than an hour. Washer has worked great so far.

Okay. Refrigerator started beeping after the technician left. I reset the temperature and everything was fine. I called the technician and he offered to come back if it happened again. No problems.

No problems. Service man arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it with a part he had with him
