AAA Blind & Shutter Factory has been open for 21 years and is family owned. We are fabricators of poly shutters, 2" & 2 1/2" blinds, verticals, roller and solar shades. AAA Blind & Shutter Factory has a very wide variety of window treatments in addition to the products we manufacture. We manufacture our plantation shutters locally. We also offer service on all products we sell.

They have the very best Customer Service we have ever encountered!!!! My wife Linda and I created an issue with one of our motorized window blinds, and the staff of AAA immediately came to the rescue. The next day they came and made the necessary adjustments and remounted the blind over a sliding door unit at no charge. Wow! AAA Blind & Shutter Factory did an amazing job from start to finish. Hewitt came and showed us various options for us to use in our home. He then measured each window. Since they make the shutters and blinds in their onsite factory, we knew that it would take awhile before we were going to have these installed. We were pleasantly surprised to have them installed in about 3 weeks after ordering. The installers were quick and efficient. The installation took only a few hours. They also ensured that we knew how to operate and maintain the newly installed shutters and blinds. Very good company.

We visited the showroom and were impressed with the products and the staff! We got a preliminary quote, arranged for a measurement appointment and final quote. The business owner arrived 5 minutes "early" for the appointment. Great service so far, installation is scheduled. Happy!

It went perfectly. They were on schedule. They got the entire house done in less than 3 hours. They were very professional and very quick. And the price was great. They were very great people to deal with. Hewitt Harned was a fantastic man to deal with.

The service I received was exceptional from going to the shop, picking out what I wanted to installation. In addition, on one of my vertical blinds the back of the slats the color was streaked so they are ordering new slats.......and this was done before I even noticed the difference in the color. They didn't even let me finish paying for my order until the new slats are installed. I am so impressed with the customer service and the professionalism of the work I will use them and highly recommend them for any blinds or shutters. As a matter of fact I am going to use them again for a privacy shade for my enclosed porch. I can not say enough positive about this company! <br />

They did a beautiful job. We are very happy and plan to install additional blinds in living room. We had heard about AAA through ads in our local paper. We went to their showroom and met Theresa who is very helpful. Hewitt came to measure and gave us the best advice. Overall, we are very pleased.

<p>We have been extremely happy with the entire process, from Hewitt's measurements and estimate, to the customer service staff at the factory, the installation crew. It took them about 20 minutes to install all the blinds back in March - yep! that's it and they were done perfectly. I have no doubt this order will be done with the same professionalism. The product is outstanding. We especially like the option to close both blinds on a double window at the same time, but you can raise the blinds on one window at a time. There is absolutely no bending like some of the cheaper blinds - these are high quality and well worth the cost. We only had to wait about 2 weeks for our order since they are manufactured right in Horry County in Little River and we did not have to wait for the product to be shipped from somewhere. If anything goes wrong with any blind, they will come fix it - it does not have to be shipped back. What a great benefit of using a local company who employs local people. Their prices are definitely competitive and the service is outstanding. You will not be disappointed if you go with AAA Blinds and Shutters of Little River.</p> <br />

It always goes really well with these folks, We have used them several times at different locations and have never had any complaints with them. They are always on time and always friendly. They do a wonderful Job EVERYTIME and we have had them install several different types of blinds for us over the years. We have worked with them three times so far and no complaints ever. <br />

The company sent out a rep who measured and gave us a price quote. We paid 1/2 up front and the rest after the installation was completed. They were on time both for the measurements and the installation. They sent two well qualified installers who install over a dozen blinds in about an hour and asked us to test them. Everything went perfect and the blinds work great. They manufacture the blinds locally and they look fantastic. <br /> We expect to have them do the rest of the window treatments as soon as we make up our mind which other windows need either curtains or blinds. <br />
