They did a great job

Service itself was excellent. Some trouble setting up appointment: AAA didn't not contact me to arrange appt as Angie's List said they would when I bought the discount coupon from them. (Don't know if this is Angie's List problem or problem with AAA.) But once the serviceman arrived, the service and attitude were excellent.

They did an excellent job. They were efficient and on time. I was completely satisfied.

It went very well. They came in got the jobs done and left. Very nice people and very efficient.I thought the price was good also. I would recommend them to any one.

A couple missteps on setting up a time, but once they came they were fast, polite, did good jobs, cleaned up, and managed to do what needed to be done in an hour's time.

No water coming out of the hot water faucet side of the bathtub, thought it was a quick easy fix since my husband repaired the same in the sink. It took them three hours to do the repair but one hour was to go and get a part but I think they just went out to lunch. When he went to turn off the water to flow into the house the turn off was tight or something and there was a strong leak. I was told to call the office and get a work order and he could fix it. I didn't call. I was over charged by the hour. When they left I was asked about the leak repair and I informed them I was unhappy with the goings on and They would not be doing any more work for me. The Mr Shearer called me shortly thereafter and said I was over charged and he would refund me as soon as my check cleared. My check cleared 9/2/16 and I still have no refund. I have called him several time and "the check will be in the mail". On a good note I called Best Price Plumbing and they came right out and did a quick and fantastic job replacing the value for the incoming water.

Not the smoothest service. Problem with ordering toilets - a long story in itself. I had to bird-dog the process right to the end. In fact I got an upgraded toilet as a result of the order snafu but had to wait a couple days for a seat that did not come with the order. But once they were installed, I was satisfied. The installation went fine with no issues other than the missing seat. The installer was very thorough and cleaned up the job and left my bathrooms as if no one was ever there.

Very well. The worker was professional and on time. The only problem was the 1 1/2 week it took to get an initial call from AAA after I had paid for the service from Angie's list. I was so satified with the service I will use both Angie's list and AAA Companies again.

The company sent two (2) men to look at a toilet that did not flush well and might have been clogged. I had purchased a one hour $49 special offer, and certainly expected the problem to be fixed in an hour. But no. The men kept looking for a problem that did not exist. A $20 replacement mechanism was all that was needed, installed by a different plumber. Instead I was charged $222. A very expensive "special" offer.

Two technicians showed up and after examining area found that there was also a leak under the sink from one of the stop valves which I also verified.  So after approving replacing the bad valve and a second one which makes it easier for me to quickly shut off water if necessary the technicians installed the new faucet and cleaned up the area after their work was done.  They were both very professional and knowledgeable.  I will use this company in the future and would recommend them to others.  After replacing the old faucet with the new one it was verified that the old one could not have been fixed without paying twice what a new one cost.

They arrived on time, worked in a  professional and timely manner, and charged a fair price for the product. Coupled with the low Angie's List service-call charge of $39, we felt we got a great deal. Thank you, Miguel and Luis.

I'm very satisfied. I placed the order for service with Angie's List at 7:30AM, at 8AM they called me to schedule the job and by 10:30 the same day they were here and had finished the job. There were two men in bright yellow AAA shirts so you couldn't miss them. They were quick, quiet, clean, professional. They cleared my clogged garbage disposal and showed me what had clogged it. (Stupidly, I had put artichoke leaves down the disposal. Don't do that!) Easy, painless, and reasonably priced. I would definitely call them again.

They came actually early , got a call said they could come early would it be okay , it was great for us ! They did a great job . Fix the pipe quickly efficiently and in less time than expected . Miguel was extremely polite and professional would do business with them anytime . Very grateful for the great job .  The price we paid included parts doesn't get much better than that .

The people were very responsive to my call and I got an appt. within two days. Since it was not an emergency, this was fine. I was just wanting to stop wasting water due to the hose bibb leakage when I watered my plants outside. I thought $49 for an hour's plumbing work was a bargain. They called ahead and said they could come 1/2 hour earlier that day, so they did. They were able to replace one hose bibb in the back and said they noticed the front one was leaking too and offered to replace it. They completed both tasks to my satisfaction within one hour. He also took a look at my kitchen faucet which had a smaller leak, and said the whole faucet needed to be replaced, so I didn't ask them to do that today. <br> <br>They ended up charging me $50 extra for the parts ($25 each for the bibbs) in addition the original price of $49.00. That put the bill up to $103 including taxes. I wondered if I had been overcharged for the bibbs and in looking them up on the Home Depot site, I found the same ones for $20 each, so there was a bit of a mark up there. <br> <br>They were very polite and worked quickly. They also said the bibbs and their installation were covered by a warranty and I would never have to pay to replace them again and pay for it. This was not written on the receipt I noticed later, so time will tell if the company stands by that.  <br> <br>It was good to get it done. I am between home warranty policies right now and it occurred to me that if I had had one, I would have gotten parts and labor for $45 (price of the house call.) Excellent job!   Had to cut through a dry wall and did a great job putting it back together again.

Everything was finished as promised, minus some rain delays on the roof, the workers were polite, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. Hans checked in every step of the way to make sure the process went smoothly.
