Our driveway always had a huge dip from the top of the roadway to the start of the driveway. Tom and crew cut out the blacktop and existing driveway and repaved it, making a very smooth transition from the roadway to the driveway. No more bottoming out for us or our guests! To finish that job, he recapped the sidewalls of the driveway. In addition, when we were exchanging cash on the first day of the job, Tom noticed that our sidewalk had a missing chunk of concrete and said, "I'm gonna fix that for you!" Finally, he was also willing to use his concrete saw and backloader to remove an installed basketball goal. He included these small additional services at no extra charge. AAA Concrete cares for their customers and takes pride in their work, and I'm already planning on hiring them again.

Tom and his company did a great job! They showed up on time each time they were suppose to. The concrete work looks great and was done very efficiently. They cleaned up after they were finished. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely contact them if I need other concrete work done.

My driveway was damaged by a 150-year-old oak tree uprooting during the March 2020 tornado. Two slabs had to be replaced as a result of the damage. Tom was fantastic to work with throughout the process - he explained everything, gave me a quote on the spot, and was on the job within two weeks to get me all fixed up. His team took their time to do the job right, and paid meticulous attention to detail. I'm hoping to hire him again for a stamped patio project in the future!

First let me say this was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. Period. Work was done on time, on budget, look amazing, and Tom is a joy to work with. We've dealt with a lot of contractors in the last 12 months while completing a home addition. Most of them were terrible. I had to babysit every step. Not the case with Tom and AAA Concrete. Everything was done thoughtfully. Everything was done correctly. He asked pertinent questions. And brought everything in on budget. I can't recommend him highly enough.

It was very good! it was a good experience, I recommend them to other people and there price was good also they did the job on time.They did what they said they would do and there is no prices.

Tom was very easy to work with, the work was done on time, as promised and for the quoted price. He also kept an eye on the weather and gave us alternate dates in the event that rain kept the concrete from being poured. Tom made sure to have all the needed equipment, supplies and workers to complete the job in the needed time frame. A very good experience overall. I would have Tom do work again for us if needed.

Tom was very professional and helpful with trying to decide how much to increase the driveway. We also had some really old steps which had uneven rises and tread depths repaired and brought to code. The work was performed in a timely manner, for a good price and both projects look great.

Bad time of year to start concreting. But the company did good work and there was no problem. When we are ready to finish the drive we will contact this company again.

Concrete section replaced July 2015. I noticed concrete surface delamination early 2018. Contacted Tom Davies July 2018 to review concrete concern. Tom Davies agreed to meet on 8/2/18 to review the concrete delamination concern. Tom Davies was a no call and no show on 8/2/18. I notified Tom Davies on 8/3/18 that I had no alternative but to file a complaint with BBB and post an Angie’s list review concerning my experience. Tom Davies responded by committing to meet on 8/5/18 at “1:00 pm sharp”. Tom Davies attempted to contact me at 11:30 am with opportunity to meet earlier but failed to respond to multiple follow-up calls and text messages. Very poor customer service. No action by Tom Davies to support “Quality Work that Lasts” message printed on his business card.

It went fantastic; Tom (the owner) was exceptionally responsive in getting me a quote after I called, which was absolutely the best out of the four contractors who came to bid (and of the three who actually sent me a bid). The installation occurred while I and my family were out of town, and even though I was able to watch the process from our home security cameras while we were away, it wasn't necessary - Tom and his crew did everything perfectly, and even did some amazing touches we didn't ask for to help with drainage and the overall usability of the improvements. This was a *huge* job, and Tom did it right from top to bottom. I cannot recommend this company enough, and I absolutely would hire them again in the future.

A section of my yard had sunken in and as a result, a portion of the driveway had broken. Tom and his crew did a remarkable job of repairing the drive and actually filled in the yard at only the cost of the fill dirt. The overall workmanship was something you don't see much in this day. Just an incredible job.
