This is the second time I have hired AA Action Electric and they did a terrific job. This time around they installed an interlock kit, generator breaker and power inlet, and also upgraded my NEMA 14-50 EV outlet with an industrial grade receptacle. At my request, the power inlet was installed in the laundry room to power up my battery inverter generator. Kenny and Andrew were on time, professional, fast and efficient, and friendly. The price quoted for the job was reasonable, and Chris, the service manager, was easy to work with, and the job was scheduled and carried out out within a week of my approval of the estimate. .

It started well and started replacement fairly quickly. Almost too quick but understandable based on the permit from the city and the electrical company. After speaking with electrician, we agreed that the riser would either have the original boot or a new boot. After job is completed there was no boot, i called them to see what can be done and i was told that nothing can be done. Not happy at all with that when i asked for the boot to be installed. Now i have to pay someone else to install the boot. This makes no sense, after speaking to pther professionals in the industry , i was told that silicone on roof instead of a boot is simply not acceptable.

Absolute AMAZING service! My electricity was out when I arrived home after work at Midnight and the breaker box was hot..I requested quotes online because it is midnight and thought I would have to deal until morning but my phone rang and Jon was willing to come out then because I had no electricity...it ended up being the cable wire attached to my home but he waited 3 hours for LCEC to arrive to make sure my electricity was back on and working!! Talk about Excellent service! I highly recommend this company and will use then for all my electrical needs..Thank you sooooo much!

Work was done promptly and results are beautiful but I did not receive an itemized bill and they added an extra $25.00 to credit card without permission.

Great. Two electricians came. They worked quickly as a team and did a wonderful job! I was only disappointed that my track lighting bulbs were not replaced. They are very high up. Shawn did climb up to see what size bulbs were needed ,not an easy task, but they didn’t have the right replacement bulbs. The bulbs they needed were in Bonita Springs and it would have been cost prohibitive to have them travel so far, buy the bulbs for me, and then install them.

The technician replaced 4+ breakers that did not correct the breaker that was our main concern. Technician said that the only solution was to cut-out sections of of ceiling and wall and run a new wire. We ended up with 5 holes and a $400+ bill and a breaker that kept tripping. It was later discovered, when a different technician came out, that "bad light bulbs" were causing the tripping.
