While I’ll admit, they were quick on site and quick to complete the job. But after that no contact, no follow-up. While the contract says home owner responsible for landscaping, if you offer to return to remove debris from job and to finish the job by cutting back the huge pipe in my front yard, I expect you to good to your word. After 6 months of text and emails, I’ve gotten a single text stating we’ll be out soon to finish. I still have the old clay tile and a pipe sticking 2 foot above grade. So it makes one wonder whether or not they will honor their guarantee if needed. Hire them if you need it fast, but after that, you are on your own!

For us this was a huge project. They did an excellent job and Nolan always kept in touch and updated me on the progress. I wish I was personally there to oversee the completion of the minor cleanup. But to Nolan’s credit he offered to send his crew back to finish it to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company any time.

Sewer replacement lines for underneath basement was contracted, inclusive of cleanup afterwards. Due to Nolan's "family crisis", we were pressured into final payment before the job was completed because he wanted to turn his phone off. The workers then all left by 1:30 pm, leaving too-wet cement and no cleanup performed. I was individually told by 2 seperate workers, Tommy and Jim, that the work would be completed the following week, which never happened. Nolan does not respond to texts or phone calls. I have had the final work and cleanup appraised, and will have to spend a minimal 1000. to complete the job. The concrete appears very rough and unable to paint since it needs to be ground down. Also a thick layer of concrete dust is all throughout the basement. We were told when the contract was signed, that the work would be "ready to paint, and you will not even know there was any excavating done". Needless to say, never pay off the job until complete satisfaction, even under pressure from a "family crisis".

they arrived Friday 3-6-2020 and after we discussed the work to be performed and I paid $530 they began the work. roughly 2 hrs later Nolan (owner) called me and informed me the lines had severe blockage and they could not fully flush the lines. He gave me a ballpark estimate for replacing the lines and promised a follow up email with detailed quote. I did not hear from him so I sent an email 4 days later on 3-10. I followed up with a text to which he promptly responded that he would work up a quote and send it over. He never did! It's 11 days later and nothing.
