John made a real effort to get to my home as soon as possible as I had waited for another company who promised to come for at least 2 days and did not show up even when we had a set tile to meet. Not even a phone call. That went a long way for me and he found the problem very quickly it appeared to be a simple resolution but canceled me on what to expect and what to do if certain things took place and promised to be there to help if needed in the future. I was impressed and very grateful

Woke up on a Saturday morning and water heater had died in the night. Jon was quick to respond and able to arrive that same afternoon. New water heater was installed w/o problems. All my questions were answered and furnace room was left cleaner than when he started. Charged as agreed before he started. Price a little on the high side but considering job occurred on a weekend felt OK with it. Will definitely use again if needed.

Installed the new 40 gallon. We updated all the code items like new expansion tank, new water supply lines, new gas supply line, drip line, T&P drain line, brass parts for mounting the expansion tank, and hauled away the old water heater. Grateful you chose us to do the work. Thanks Again!
