Carpet Repair, Refasten, or Stretch

About as UNRELIABLE as one can be. I have a unit at REGENT PLACE APARTMENTS that I used "Ricardo" for. TWICE I HAD HIM CARPET MY ENTIRE 2-BEDROOM APARTMENT. That's TWICE I gave him my business, and its been OVER A YEAR and about 22 phone calls later whereas Ricardo simply wont come out and do a small repair job regarding a tear in my doorway threshold. Funny fact - Ricardo has been HERE AT MY ADDRESS ON MY EXACT FLOOR, ONLY 3 DOORWAYS DOWN, and STILL wont make the time to knock on my door and fix my carpet for me. Two words? NEVER AGAIN. Plenty of Carpet installers who could use the work. I have had apology after apology after apology after apology after apology from Ricardo and that he will "Get back to me" and never does. If Ricardo is so unorganised at returning calls or booking installations, I'd say it's about timer he hires an assistant to coordinate these factors. No excuse on the planet can justify WHY it takes 22 phone calls and over a year to fulfill an appointment.
