Very well. I was very happy with the technician.

Was supposed to include a new carbon-monoxide detector. When I asked the guy about it, he said they were out of stock and he would bring me one when they got more. He wrote on my copy of the work order: "we will be bringing the C O detector out to you at a later date". It's been over a year and still no detector.

Was just fine. I've used them a couple of different times and they have always been satisfactory.

As promised, technician visited my home to inspect and tune-up my old furnace. Given the age of my furnace, he wasn't able to do much as far as tune-up but he did provide good information and tips on upkeep and potential replacement options. The "Deal" I purchased includes "Installation of a new carbon monoxide detector." When I asked technician about this, he said he wasn't aware that he was to provide one but when I pointed out the terms of the "Deal", he said he would notify the owner/boss and provide me with a detector. He made note of the need to follow-up in her records and alerted his boss that I needed to be provided a detector. Since December 9th, I have emailed this company six times requesting them to provide the carbon monoxide detector (emails were with Eric Agre). In the last email (January 25, 2017), he promised to mail me one.

I received the email and I verified that my zip code was in the eligible area. I paid my funds. The service provider called and said he did not come to my area. Angie's List refuses to refund my money and the air duct cleaning has not been done. If they do not refund my money or find someone to do the work on my home, I will never do business with Angie's List or the service provider again. It has been a terrible experience.

The tech was really nice and did a good. They were suppose to install a carbon monoxide detector but have to wait to see how many they needed to order. They have not returned as of today. Left area clean.

Work went very well. Technician was here for a long time and did a very thorough job of cleaning and sanitizing. I got more effort and attention than I expected for the cost. The price below reflects the cost I paid for the Angie's list deal that I purchased (I believe it was $110 paid to Angie's list) and $175 that I paid to the company directly for the second floor unit and system. The total of $285 covered two units and trunk lines along with 28 vents.

I believe they did their job.

The technician arrived on time, completed the work in a professional manner, and provided detailed information on what the work he performed.

My experience was indifferent. I didn't spend anything extra. My interactions were fine and the work they did was fine. I don't know what they did to be quite honest. I would like them to explain what they were doing. But I didn't ask so I guess it's my fault.

This company showed up as scheduled, diagnosed and repaired the problem effectively on the spot. They had the required parts on the truck and my unit was cooling in 20 minutes. Prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.

We had some problems scheduling but once we were able to connect the HVAC pro came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, then fixed it (it WAS a clogged drain line after all which he determined by exercising the pump). Because I had a service contract they did not charge me.

Quick and efficient! No problems, Will call again should need.

my air conditioning went out at my house and these guys were really fast help me out with a few things that I needed. My air conditioning system up and going and we are now Cooling and don't have any problems if you guys need any company that is honest reliable fast in time all these guys they will take care of you

They came out real fast and cleaned our coils and replaced our capacitor and saved us a fortune. We will use these guys from now on for all of our account needs. They are very honest and fair people. If you want great service and efficient dependable work call these guys and you can't go wrong.

He showed up on time, found the problem within seconds, replaced bad part, checked and cleaned condensor coils. He was very professional. <br />

After the first time the unit broke down, we tried to call him and he never responded. We called the warranty company about it, who called him and he finally responded to them. He then came out to fix it again. I've never seen a more dishonest service provider. Reaching him is very hard to do. He said that we would receive rebate from the warranty company, however they said it would be through the manufacturer. We've called at least 7 times and he has yet to respond. Very dissatisfied.

It went great thank goodness all they had to do is replace a fuse this time

As usual it went great they were very professional fast and efficient they just changed a burnt wire and didn't try to up-sell me anything and I greatly appreciate that honesty thank you so much!

Repair went well and AC is now working properly.

They changed out my capacitor on my outside unit. They were professional and fast. We now are up and cooling and we will use this company from now on. Thank you all so much.

They were great and got our coil put in asap,and we love these guys, as they have been fixing our ac for 7 years. The work was awesome and just wanted to say thank you for the great work.
