Awesome job. These guys came out and removed the tree, and the stump in a matter of 45 minutes cleaned up all the twigs and branches and sticks that it dropped raked the whole backyard area where the tree fell, shredded all the bark and the tree in the shredder on the street and then used a blower to clean the street. Very professional, and awesome company would definitely hire again very reasonably priced

They came out and did the work which was great. Except that it was snowing, so when the snow melted, I expected them to return to clean up as they left a huge mess. It took me about five hours to clean it up. I expected that they were coming back because I did not receive an invoice from them. Then about two weeks ago they called and emailed while we were on vacation and threatened to take us to collections, I left a voice mail as soon as I received the message. I explained to them I did not think the work was done and did not receive an email. In our email exchanges the woman became rude and had a nasty tone. I liked the workers but this type of customer service, rude and unemphatic, leaves an uninvited taste. Unless they change this service, I cannot recommend them. <br />

"An invoice was sent to the customer upon completion of the job. After attempting to follow up on the payment, which we had not received, we were informed that they never received the invoice, which is out of our control once it is dropped at the post office. There was no threat of collections, rather notification that we did not want their account to turn over to collections, which is our procedure after 30 days of nonpayment. We were more than flexible on the time we gave for the payment to be made. It wasn't until that time, 2 months later, that we were made aware that the customer was not satisfied with the clean up. We offered to come out & do additional clean up since there was snow on the ground when the job was completed. The customer opted to do the clean up himself. We have been in business for 23 years & have never had a customer not contact us if they were not satisfied with any part of the work that we performed. Had this been brought to our attention as soon as the snow was gone, which was within a couple of weeks, we could have had this taken care of immediately. We pride ourselves on our work ethic & professionalism, however, we have learned that there are always a few customers out there who we just can't make them happy."

They did a great job. Paid special attention to protect lawn & inground sprinkling system. Removed tree and did total clean-up of all the wood and debris. <br />

Corey and his team were fast and efficient and very professional. They ensured that a raccoon family went unharmed. I was unable to be at home when they finished the project, yet they left everything totally cleaned up and undamaged. I would use them again any time! <br />

They could not have done a better job. They were there when they said, safely cut everything without damaging any buildings, landscaping, lawn, other trees etc. It's amazing they did what they did without causing some problem. They cleaned up perfectly and were very courteous and professional. I'd recommend them and use them again without hesitation and without looking for others. Couldn't be happier. <br />

They took down trees for myself and neighbor.They used a boom aparatus and roped down by pulley the large pieces.When finished they ground the stumps and shredded all the smaller limbs <br />

Their profession doesn't usually hire the MBAs of the world; it was refreshing to find someone who could talk in English, show up when they are supposed to and answer their phone when they're supposed to be open. I kind of lower my expectations when I deal with this type service. These guys seem to be running a business like a business.
