AAA Metal Works

Excellent Work.

This is one of those "Golden" companies. I was sent to them from a friend who had done business with them. My friend said the owner was a "good man". That told me that the owner was in business to provide excellent service at a fair price. My project had unusual snags and I felt all along the way this owner cared, made things right by taking care of things neither of us could have foreseen, and went beyond the call. I was pleasantly surprised with the bill as it could have been something crazy and I would have never known the difference. The owner has placed solid people in his company. I enjoyed working with everyone. You can not go wrong with AAA Metal Works.

AAA Metal Works had the material I wanted and the price was good. They were very responsive, they were quick to get out here, they were punctual on the job but they took their time to do the work. Their price was so competitive I was leery of using them because I thought nobody would do a good job at that price but there was no correlation between the two. AAA metal Works cut into the brick to avoid water to get in behind the reglet. It was not a problem and they got it done. I was worried about water getting up against the soffits so they cut out metal that matched the roof to build a metal shielding behind the gutters that tapers up at an angle as the line intercepts the roof to shield the wooden part of the soffit from any water coming down on the metal roof. They built a metal crown on the hip of the roof. The craftsmanship is beautiful.

Originally, I had sent them an email with a picture of the hole that was getting bigger in our company cargo trailer. I got an email back stating they needed a view from the top and since we didn't have a ladder to get up there, I decided to just show up with no appointment so they could let us know. We informed them we work on-call 24/7 and they were said we could wait and they'd do it in a couple of hours or drop it off and pick it up the next morning. Scott gave me an estimate as well after looking at it. We opted to pick it up the next day, and when we came to pick it up, the estimate was right on as what we were quoted. The quality was excellent and they were very flexible and professional. We will most likely use them again to patch our other larger trailer later.

Great. During one of the coldest days in a year the team showed up within challenging rain days, froze their butts and fingers off and never complained. Professional completion each day cleanup and safe for weather. removal and cleanup was much better than expected. Communicative, courteous and professional at all times. No language barrier problem. The Energy Star Green certified roofing turned out better than I had hoped and they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.
