The crew arrived on time and were good to work with and performed the work that was expected per the agreement. The initial treatment was a success as the spot which perpetually leaked stopped leaking and dried up. However, following an exceptionally heavy rain a small amount of moisture appeared at the trouble spot. The crew came back and did additional work above and beyond the original agreement for no additional charges. Problem solved. Great experience.

They went above and beyond to do the best job possible, cleaned up the mess, and put everything back to right. It was a big job as we are a church.

I found AAA Sewer & Drain Cleaning online and sent a information request via email. Jim gave me a call the next day and offered a fair quote (even with driving to the edge of his servicible area). I asked for his advice in another plumbling area and he joyfully checked it out after his job was done. Jim and Rob were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again!

Everything went great! Luckily when i called him, he wasn't too far from me. He told me when he finished the job he was on, he would be right over, even though he had other jobs scheduled for the day. I recall him saying "you have sewage backing up into your house, I can't have you like that!" He called his other appointment and told them he was going to be late and came and fixed my emergency on his way to the next job. AND he didn't charge any more for it being an emergency call out! Unlike another company we had out in the past, he stayed until we made sure we ran enough water to know that it wasn't going to come back into the house. And he charged less than a company we had come out on home warranty, and was more professional and cleaned up after himself. All in all a GREAT experience, and he will be the first call I make in the future if the need arises!

Made a tough job look easy...was very detailed in their work..made sure to explain every detail of job to me...was honest and willing to answer all my questions....highly recommend these guys for all sewer and drainage issues anyone has.. <br />

I called around trying to get quotes and many companies wouldn't even tell me a price but AAA sewer & drain were up front about the price. They came out that day and were a little late getting here but only by about 20 minutes. But he got in and got it taken care of very quickly. The guy was very friendly and actually charged us less than quoted because the job wasn't difficult and we paid in cash.

Very good. He came out on the coldest day of winter (sub zero), very nice guy I would recommend him and I will call him again for any sewer problems.

I was very happy with the service provided. AAA was honest, dependable, and took care of the issue right away. I had called another "big name" company and they didnt show up and waited until after hours to contact me so that if I went with another company I would be charged overtime rates. AAA answered my questions and showed how much they care about their customers.

He did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and hardworking. I was very pleased with the work he did. It was well worth the money. His rates are reasonable. He was very nice and professional.
