Adam and Mark, the guys who did the work,  did an exceptional job for us.  So much so that our neighbors have remarked on how great the tree looks!  Not only were these gentlemen professional they were very personable as well.  They cleaned the entire yard of dead fall when they were done including using a leaf blower to get the really tiny twigs off the lawn. <br /> The reason why I rated Responsiveness and Punctuality as "C" is because of the manner in which the job was scheduled.  We were told it would be about 6 weeks before the work could be done which was fine.  But when 6 weeks passed and the work was not done we started making calls to the office.  It took several calls to get a call back. <br /> The job that Adam and Mark did was outstanding, thus the Overall Rating "A". <br />

Company showed up the second time they scheduled, there an emergency the first time. Tree removal and stump removal was quite fast. They used chaps, head gear, goggles, etc. and lift truck and heavy duty stump grinder. Very professional the employees raked everything up after they were done and no mess was left. Amount was the same as quoted in the bid. I would use them again.

The trees appear to be dying - all three of them.  My husband called for advice; the call was not returned.  I called the next week, he agreed to come but could give no estimate of time.  'Probably in the morning.'  At the end of the morning, I called again, "This afternoon"  At 5:30, he called to say he was tired, had gone home.  He did come the next day.  Added some fertilizer.  Gave no other advice.  Still looks like the trees will all die.

On April 6, 2009 they trimmed my tree and did not trim it the way I wanted it. I payed $500 in advance to do the job, when I got home to my dismay the tree crew did not get the job done right. I called Jerry, the boss, the next day and he said he would come back to cut a couple of branches down. Well I wound up calling for four months trying to get my branches cut down. I was getting the same answer each time and he said he would get to it soon. He never did show up. Once Jerry gets the money he does not care about your problems anymore and will string you along forever. He has poor follow up customer service.
