The move was an excellent experience from start to finish! Arranged with Joe on pretty short notice to do the move. We had just a phone call or two - he picked up both times, no recording or telephone tag - and he arrive on schedule. There was a very minor pushback of scheduling time but Joe called to let me know, which was great. Joe and one helper moved everything into the unit on a VERY HOT day when apparently, to our surprise, the cooling system had not yet been turned on. Never a word of complaint from either Joe or his helper. Joe apparently has a lot of years of experience and he was great at both the moving part and the placement part, which is held the battle when moving into a storage unit. He handled my furniture and boxes beautifully and carefully protected our newly painted walls. Couldn't have asked for a better move and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

"I almost did not want to respond to your comment but had to it just goes to show no matter how hard you work and how much you give you cannot make people happy I did not give an eastiment I never do because there is no way to guarantee a time accurately especialy when nothing is packed yet.what I can give is my word that I give 120 percent none stop to get the job done. with (no wasted time) just because I made an extra trip does not mean I was trying to take you for money! it took all of 15 MINUTES to make that second trip thats all 15 MINUTES another company would of spent two more hours trying to force pack your stuff to make a second trip it took me 15 MINUTES. the moving of you stuff took what it was gonna take I am not a magician I cant wave a magic wand and go presto its moved .your house was 15 minutes away I timed it both direction only took 15 minutes both ways you make it sound like it was two hours away.oh well all I can do is my best but for some people you could do the job for free and they wouldn't be happy."

It went very well with them. I was very pleased. They were awesome. They did a really nice job. The crew moved my things very carefully and they did a great job. The overall job was great. They were timely. The only problem was he said there will be four guys but it was only two who appeared and we had some people helped us with the piano but it was okay. <br /> <br />

<p>The team was prompt, professional, and courteous. The challenge was moving from a 3-story condo with a curved staircase. The master bedroom was located on the third floor and had some very heavy furniture to be moved. All small items were previously boxed and ready to go, so the move mostly entailed all of the large items. I was very impressed with the care the team took to wrap and pad my furniture and how careful they were with moving everything. This was no easy task. Moving the furniture into my house was also done with care and the team even assembled the bedframes and placed all of the furniture in the locations at my direction, even willing to re-arrange and offer suggestions. </p> <p>As great as all that was, there were some issues. I had an arcade machine located at the bottom level. The team mentioned they did not have experience in moving such a piece of equipment. Since it had to be moved... had no choice but to have them make an attempt. Unfortunately, the glass covering the monitor cracked. Not a big deal, but still unfortunate. The other problem was my grill that had to move. The team picked it up from another location and transported it to the house. During transport the grill was not secured properly and it arrived damaged (this wasn't a cheap grill either). The impressive thing is the team owned-up to their mistake and made it right by paying for the repairs. </p> <p>Overall, I would recommend this company and even use them again for a move. </p> <br />

They had a better price than everyone. They moved all my stuff from a third floor apartment to another third floor. They did not damage anything. I had minimal fragile antiques but a lot of pictures that mean a lot to me. They did a great job not damaging any of this. The owner, Joe, he was very knowledgeable. He showed up on time. He also gave me a lot of ideas on packing everything the best way. Excellent moving company.

He really hustle and is always moving everything. They do not take breaks. You get what you pay for. The rate is very reasonable. He goes above and beyond.

<p>As I mentioned, he did not apparently have the skill to include all of our boxes and things safely into his trailer. Half of the trailer was packed to the ceiling (as movers can safely do), the back half only had things sitting on the floor. So now we have to go back with our own truck and horse trailer and get the rest of it. I never dreamed he would not use all the space he had..</p> <p>Joe insisted on being paid cash, despite his website's claim that he accepts checks. He insisted on receiving half of it when he arrived to load our things in Arizona, and REFUSED TO UNLOAD OUR THINGS UNTIL WE PAID HIM THE REST IN CASH! WE DIDN'T EVEN GET TO SEE IF OUR THINGS WERE THERE AT ALL OR STILL IN ONE PIECE BEFORE WE HAD TO PAY HIM ALL THE MONEY!</p> <p>He apparently can not use a real map, or an online mapping tool, or his smart phone map app, or a GPS tool, or the detailed directions that our daughter downloaded into his smart phone. He called the night before his arrival to get directions from the interstate highway, but he said he didn't have a pencil or pen. The next day he called from the local barber shop and said "Come and get me!" Unfortunately he left that message at the phone that my husband had told him we were leaving and would not be there. He did not try our cell phones, the numbers of which he had been given on several occasions. At that point he was only two turns (and about 5 miles) away from our house. Luckily, the gate person for our gated community assessed his disability correctly and sent out a vehicle to lead him to our house.</p> <p>When he arrived at our house, with the escort from our gated community, I asked if his dog wanted to have a run around our yard to give him a break from the confinement of the truck. We got water for the dog and offered Joe water and the use of our bathroom. Our lot is a hillside, which I had told him about, but he was really concerned about it. He did not seem comforatable with backing his trailer. </p> <p>To give credit where credit is due, he seems to have gotten everything transported safely, though I have been afraid to look very closely at my antiques. I hope that Joe and his dog, Jake, made it back to Phoenix safely. </p> <br />

"one thing 30 years of moving has shown me is every couple of years you will get one customer like this. that no one can make happy even if I had done the job for free. so first check my past reviews and see that this is the only customer that has ever given me a poor grade for my service! first thing wrong in her comments.they only paid $3300 not $3500 I am saddened this customer went out of her way to falsely make statements and grades.i showed up in payson Arizona to load when i was supposed to on time in the snow.there was an agreement with the customer prior to the move and now that the move is complete. it seems she wants to complain about the things we agreed upon.it was told to her that all out of state and storage jobs are to be paid in cash that is and always has been my policy.that was understood along with a few other things.she also told me and agreed that furniture was more important than boxes and if I had to leave anything behind at her daughters house to leave boxes as her and her husband would be going with their pickup over the holidays.and as I always do I packed the truck with great care and expertise so that every item would make a safe journey to California.i tried my best to get all the items but ran out of safe packing space.so I chose to leave about 20 of the worst boxes that were in bad shape and needed repacking.had I taken them.it would of been a disaster.and some how my review would of been far worse and or she would of sued me she was definitely the type!! as for my inability to follow directions that's what I do for a living and when I drive across country to a place ive never been I always ask my customer to please give me a drawn out detaild map leading me to the front door.and for 30 years my customers always provide that for me but this customer was TO GOOD for that.i made it to the town in the middle of the mountains just fine but with no cell phone service thank god there were other kind people in town to let me use their phone.i called all three phone numbers that were given to me. and there was no answer on any of them.with no thanks to the people I was moving I found their house.and as for their crazy drive way yes I was concerned about backing my $80.000 worth of equipment over the edge of what most sane people call a cliff just to please her. she clearly has no idea how to drive a truck and trailer or how to load and move furniture safely but she sure thinks she does.i made her stand at the back of the truck so she could inspect each and every single piece that came off my truck and tell me where it went.trust me had anything been damaged she would of said it.i am a professional and do every job professionally and im good at what I do.i may not have good people skills,but ive spent 30 years honing my moving skills.this woman would of given any moving company a bad review.i took this job on short notice on thanksgiving week and gave up my time with family and friends to do this job.instead of sitting in nitemare traffic and spending my thanksgiving in a motel in California.i wish I would of stayed home and enjoyed my family."

Went as smoothly as I could have hoped. They showed up right on time. I was only moving a couple of miles, so I had already moved quite a few boxes of kitchen wares, clothes, and books. I really only needed help with some furniture. Most of my furniture is not very high end, so I wasn't concerned about anything except for a new leather couch and chair. However, they treated it all like it was precious. The large leather couch that the furniture delivery drivers struggled to get through my front door floated seemingly effortlessly through the doorway with Joe and his crew. I don't think they bumped into a door or a wall once. You can tell they work methodically to make sure they move things carefully, so it's not the fastest move in the world, but they get the job done right. <br />
