<p>It went very well. Arthur visited our home first and made some suggestions that improved what we were thinking. He and Matt installed ceiling lights and put our fan and the lights on a dimmer switch (separate switches). The cleanup was great.</p> <p>Definitely use them again if needed.</p> <br />

Work was done exactly as itemized on the quotation. All the people from A.A. and the plumbing company were professional and a pleasure to deal with. The only thing that kept me from awarding all A's was that we were originally told the entire process would take about 4 weeks, but it actually went on for almost 8 weeks. There was also at least one occasion where we set up an appointment and no one showed up that day.  Other than that, I highly recommend A.A. for honesty, professionalism, and quality work. <br />

Was extremely punctual.  Responded immediately to my call and was very professional in all aspects.    We had some problems getting fixtures to fit on the electrical components due to being an older home, but Arthur was very patient and understanding and provided the correct lighting when requested.  <br /> The only complaints I had were that switch plates and conduits did not match the wall/celing colors.  We ended up painting them to match the wall.   I would be very specific in the beginning about what is expected for the final outcome.  Overall I was very pleased with the outcome since the house was older and a challenge to convert. <br />

The electrician replaced both the thermostat and wire to my electric baseboard heat.He did an excellent job analyzing the problem, called in a second electrician to help run new wire, and completed the job in a timely manner. Everything was clean and neatly done. <br />AA electric emailed me the bill and then called me the next day to say the bill was wrong - they forgot to give me my 5% Angie's list discount! <br />
