Hired them to replace my wooden fence and do a retaining wall. They left huge gaps at the bottom of the fence and the retaining wall, and both the fence and the wall was uneven. They left a mess in my yard; there were rocks all over my yard that he refused to pick up. He used my shovel and wheelbarrow without my permission, and I have them on camera taking my shovel which he denied doing. They kept changing the date that they were supposed to come and do the job after I had already given them a down payment. They told me that they could do the retaining wall in one day, but it took him over a week to complete it. Julio told me whatever he thought I needed to hear just to get my business and lock in the job but didn't follow through on anything that he said. He rushed me to pay and threatened to take me to court because I wouldn't pay until he was done cleaning up my yard and return the shovel they took. Overall, one of the worst experiences I have any had with any contractor.

Julio delivered a top notch job of installing 2200’ of 3 rail wooden fence on our property. Did quality work. Started and finished on time. Will definitely use him again as projects come up!
