Their work could have been more detailed.

They did the gutter cleaning on a 2 story home. They brought the correct equipment and ladders with them.

Work was fine. Scheduling was a bit more complicated than hoped for <br />

I don't know. I wasn't there and couldn't climb up 3 stories to see the insides of my gutters. I assume it was ok. <br />

It was awhile ago but hey did skin coating on my ceiling. They did a good job.

The service was fine.  They came when they said they will. 

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I really liked him. He made recommendations on how I should pitch the gutter and any follow up work that he recommended, not necessarily for him to do, but for us to do or to have someone else do. While he was up there, he looked at the condition of the roof. He was quite knowledgeable and very thoughtful of how he put the equipment back and the trash barrels. He cleaned up everything really well. I didn't have to do any extra work. He was very professional and I would use him in the future. He presented himself in a very professional manner, which is very important.

I previously submitted a review of this company shortly after their visit. I do not recall the date of service or the price. However I asked for an estimate on a rubber roof for my garage and was given a quote and signed to have the work done. They never came and never responded to my emails or phone calls. So yes, the gutter cleaning was done well and in a timely manner, but their overall level of professionalism is very low in my opinion.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I think it was fine. There was no extra charge. I think it was good. We weren't home when they did it, they showed up and did it, then they disappeared. It all worked out well. I never had any direct contact with anyone from A & A.

I think they are too far away for me to use. Also, they initially said that the deal did not apply to my roof--they would need to charge more for my situation. Perhaps they were right, but the Angie's list deal did not mention that they might charge more in certain situations. In the end, they cleaned my gutters for the Angie's list deal price--and did a good job. They even cleaned the gutters on a porch overhang--which many gutter cleaners do not do.

It was very good.

They arrived on time and did their job.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it turned out well.  There was nothing about them that stood out to me.

It was terrible. They didn't have the right size ladder so they could not reach the gutters on the back of the house. We told them before they came out that the back of the house gutters were 40ft. up and they still did not bring the right size ladder. When we got home we called because we can see the back of the house from the master bedroom and they said they did not do the back because they could not reach. They didn't even give us a call to let us know.

Great Service.... showed up, did the job, and we barley noticed they had been at the house. <br />

It went well although the additional expense was a bit of a surprise. We will have flooding in the house if the gutters are not cleaned properly and this did not happen this winter. <br />

My only complaint, and the reason they received a B instead of an A, was that they ended up cancelling and rescheduling the service at least 4 times, due to the weather.  Now, I certainly understand that you can't clean gutters in the rain, and I understand having to reschedule.  My issue was that each time they needed to reschedule, the next appointment was usually two weeks later.  What would happen is that it would rain, and they'd reschedule for two weeks and then it was raining again.  What I would have expected is after the third time this happened, my job would bubble up to a higher priority and they would reschedule for the next day or two days when the forecast was clear.  So my original appointment was in early November, and they didn't end up coming until closer to Mid December.  It worked out in the end, but if I were getting a similar service in the future, I might pick someone more local to Quincy who had more flexibility in staffing to get the work done. <br /> <br />
