The team texted enroute to my house, and showed up on time. I expected them to scrape the old grass and lay the new sod. Instead, Alex spent quite a bit of time analyzing the flow of groundwater across my backyard, came up with a plan to improve that flow, and stop the pooling that was degrading my lawn. He leveled everything by hand and added the topsoil needed to keep everything level while prepping the area for the sod. It's early, but the sod looked good quality. There was plenty of communication during and after installation to make sure I was satisfied and didn't have questions or things I felt were lacking. I would recommend and hire again. Everything went great and turned out way nicer than I expected! Angie was great to work with and she was able to make things work even with changes in weather and conflicts with our schedules. Once all the sod was placed, they made sure everything was cleaned up and foot paths were fixed reasonably. I definitely was taken care of and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others!
