Mike and Tony were great! They arrived promptly (a little earlier than quoted), were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They had the job completed in approximately 30 -40 minutes. And they were very reasonably priced. If I ever need service again, they will definitely be my first call! Thanks guys!!!

They called back the same evening and made appt for the following day. Had offered to come that night if necessary. When they arrived looked at the refrigerator and explained to us what was wrong and that it would cost more to repair than the refrigerator was worth. Discussed with us what types of refrigerators were the best .Charged a very reasonable service call rate... Very professional and honest. A real pleasure to work with.......Highly recommend

Mike answered the call right away, I was able to set an appointment the next day. He was on time and very experienced. Great job in making it a quick repair on our washing machine. Would definitely use him again.

Mike was God sent he was so helpful in fixing my dishwasher and connecting my washer and dryer he explained everything to me and did a WONDERFUL JOB now my appliances are work at 100%. I will use him again for all my appliance repairs.

Mike called me immediately after I sent him a request. He kept me up to date on what was going on with the part. He swept behind my stove where I did not have to. I highly recommend Mike. Mike also took the fee off that I had to pay when he first came out since I used him.

Mr. Michael and his team were extremely professional and courteous. He was on time. He quoted a very good price to remove and install a cooktop. His competitors quoted 2x or 3x what he charged to do a n hour job. He work was quality and he and his team made sure it worked properly before they left. I recommend Mr. Michael and his team.

Arrived in appt window, was very friendly, and helpful. Due to the problem being under warranty directly from LG there wasn't anything he could do to help, but was straight up about that.

I am beyond thankful that Mr. Thompson could come help us in a big jam. Yesterday, my washing machine malfunctioned, and there was water everywhere. All of the repair people I called said they were busy or failed to respond at all. I am thankful for the commitment of A-All Appliance Service. The owner owner does have a heart of service.
