I found the complete roofing replacement company--Fisher-Thompson Construction (FTC). Robert Maes, general manager met with me to inspect my roof for damage. He took pictures, lots of pictures showing all the damage. I told him my insurance company and he said he would handle it from there. I didn't have to get involved at all. The insurance company claimed fair wear and tear and sent a check for 10% of the cost. Robert took it to arbitration and won. Again I didn't have to do anything. He scheduled the work without interfering with a planned family vacation. The professionalism of the team was outstanding. The quality of the product is top of the line. I couldn't be more satisfied. Robert is extremely knowledgeable, customer focused, and determined. FCC roofing did an amazing job for us. Matt Bello was a total hero for us. My husband and I knew very little about the process for getting a new roof and he helped us navigate through every turn. The work was professional and our house looks beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic work. Additional ventilation was installed, which should help with shingle longevity. Frankie kept us aware of status with insurance and scheduling at all times. Neighbors were impressed that the crew asked to check their yard for debris. Everything looks great.

We have solar panels scattered over different parts of our roof along with skylights and antenna. So when it came time to replace our roof, I was worried that it was going to be complicated to get everything back in place and working correctly. But FTC Roofing made it all quick and trouble free. My FTC Rep, Frankie Rodriguez, was outstanding! He was easy to work with and quite concerned about the quality of the final product, not just the sale. We saw the value and the curb appeal of the Presidential-line of shingle we had installed, plus, Frankie was able to replace more gutters than what our homeowner's insurance would cover. The install crew was excellent too, and Frankie was there to monitor the progress and quality of the work performed. Frankie also assisted in resolving any discrepancies or misunderstandings between the insurance documentation and the work performed. I valued the hoesty and integrity he displayed throughout the whole process.

If I could give this company 100 stars it still wouldn't be enough. Frankie Rodriguez and FTC Roofing were an absolute pleasure to work with. They helped with everything from the initial insurance claim process to getting our roof and gutters replaced, and our new roof looks absolutely incredible. They did everything possible to minimize my out-of-pocket cost, and they communicated effectively every step of the way. Matt Bello worked with me to have my home re-shingled. FTC Roofing did a fantastic job. They shingled around 10 skylights with step flashing according to Denver city codes. The valleys where two roofs met were fashioned beautifully. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism while the crew performed the work. They were able to rip off the old shingles and finish shingling in a day and a half between two snowstorms. In fact, they shoveled off the snow that accumulated the previous day, then the very moment they finished the entire job; it began to snow again. Job well done. I am very pleased.
