Derek was a stand up man called him to get an estimate on fixing my garage door but he was booked out til next month. Even though he was booked out while on the call with him I asked him many questions about my garage door and he helped me diagnose the problem on the phone. With his detailed instructions I managed to solve the issue on my own and for that I thank you Derek, what a great guy! I highly recommend them.

I was in the middle of pancake duty after my son’s sleep-over when the garage door went halfway off the tracks and wouldn’t budge. I called A & Em Garage Doors and talked to Derek. He showed up in about an hour, got everything working again in roughly 45 minutes, and took the time to explain what came loose, what he adjusted, and the extra reinforcement he added so it won’t happen again. What I appreciated most was how straightforward he was—no upsells, no scare tactics, just solid work and clear explanations. He was friendly, the price was fair, and the whole experience felt easy. After a couple of less-than-great experiences with other companies last year, I’m relieved to have found someone I can trust. If I run into more garage-door trouble or decide to replace the door down the road, I’ll be calling A & Em first.

Showed up on time, neat, clean, and went over the problem. Derek was very accommodating. tried to work out a schedule, but there were conflicts. He came in on a Sunday! Family man, etc. Honest, sincere, and a good guy.
