Because the job had to happen after the last hard frost, it was scheduled for early spring, and they had to delay once because of rain (reasonable), but showed up on time for the rescheduled time. It was a two-part job, because the cement base had to set before they could put the post light in, so there was the first long visit where all the wiring was installed, and the second short one where the post light went in. The post light sits straight in the yard and works perfectly, as does the side door light. We have a very old house, and they dealt with the challenges and delivered as promised. Good communication from their office (scheduling appointments) was appreciated.

This company was so professional that the man actually came back and fixed something he wasn t completely happy with being as installed correctly. I was very amazed by this and the fact that the prices were really good for all the work they did. They cleaned up well and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Antonelli and his assistant arrived on time and went straight to work in an effort to complete the outside work before the rain started. Unfortunately, they had to work in the rain for 15-30 minutes to complete the job, and had no complaints. They installed the Offset Riser and replaced the ceiling fan in under two hours and cleaned up everything. Very professional.

Antonelli Electric was pleasant to work with. They gave an hour window for appointments and I liked that their receptionist/dispatcher called to let me know when he was 10-15 minutes away. His estimate was fair and the work was done quickly. A chore we had been putting off for a long time was easily taken care of by Antonelli.

I was pleased with the initial call to the company. Mr.Antonelli answered the phone and was very professional and courteous. He came out to my home to do the estimate. He arrived on time and was very efficient without giving me the feeling of being hurried. Took time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted done. Arrived promptly on day agreed to do the work. He and his helper were courteous and completed the work in a timely manner. The work could not be done on the first day scheduled due to rain, however his secretary had called and informed me a day before that this might be a possibility. After completing the work he called the city to arrange a date for the inspection that was convenient for me. He cleaned up after the work. Mr. Antonelli was very courteous to me as the customer. I was impressed however at how courteous he was to his employee and they appeared to work well together.

Mr. Antonelli is a remarkable young man and honest businessman, and we would hire him again for any electric work. He is very punctual, efficient, and clean, and was always responsive to our needs.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WENT WELL. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND FINISHED THE JOB QUICKLY.
