AAPEX Home Inspection Services
About us
AAAPEX Home Inspection Services is committed to providing excellent customer service that is responsive, friendly and professional. Our Home Inspectors are all Certified and we are a local Michigan owned business serving everyone in SE Michigan. APPEX Home Inspection Services has been ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction for the past 5 years by JCV Resources Inc. We provide same day services and a money back guarantee satisfaction. Home Inspections start at $245 and we offer FREE follow up Inspections to review any repairs that are made after our initial inspection to ensure the work was done right. The home inspection process provides you with a thorough, top to bottom inspection including: roof, structure, foundations, attic ventilation and insulation, doors and windows, interior and exterior walls, plumbing and electrical systems, HVAC systems, kitchens (including built-in appliances) and bathrooms. If you are in the market, buying a home could be the largest single investment you will ever make. To minimize unpleasant surprises and unexpected difficulties, by having the home inspected you’ll learn as much as you can about the newly constructed or existing house before you buy it. Although a home may seem perfect at first glance, a home inspection may identify the need for major repairs or builder oversights, as well as the need for maintenance to keep it in good shape. Some findings during your home inspection may lead to negotiations on price, while others, if serious enough, may warrant walking away from the home completely. After our home inspection, you will know more about the house, which will allow you to make decisions with confidence.

"[Member Name Removed], your home was inspected and you were properly informed about many serious issues that supercede the issue you have w the poor duct work design. Your house has an extreme amount of mold and electrical issues. We told you that the home is insafe. We also informed you that the cement slab home was built with the ductwork formed inside the cement and dirt I'm sorry that you have buyers remorse. Inspections are none evasive and reflect on what can be seen and observed. We cannot fix your home. Only inform you about your home which we strongly encouraged you not to purchase. Rarely do we find a home in such poor neglected condition. Let's not forget that I visited you home to investigate your claim and explained we did inspect your duct work. I offered to refund your money but you wanted me to pay you $6,000 instead or you'd continue to write bad reviews. [Member Name Removed] that's extortion isn't it? Your footprints are all over the world wide web w bad reviews of every service provider and restaurant you visit. You have no good reviews and seem to just be a critic of services and establishments many of which you never visit or use. Do you extortion them as well? Please use your correspondence school Law degree intelligence and simply stop being an armchair quarter back and web criminal. You are the one and only poor review of my company and we have earned all other 5 star reviews from so many others. But thank you, because your single poor review is the driving force that has increased our business leads and make certain that we continue to find ways to exceed the expectations of our clients. I am training 2 more great certified home inspectors to meet the demand and you are a great training tool."
"Thank you for the very kind review. It was a pleasure showing you everything I know about this home. I'm sure you'll feel better about your next steps in the buying process. Please call on me if you have any further questions. Kind regards!"
