The plumbers were very knowledgeable and quickly figured out the problem with the faucet installation and how to fix it. They also spotted that the “new” faucet contained parts that had been used before, and we got the store to provide new replacements for them.

On Thursday, Cesar gave me an estimate. Since it was a very reasonable price (based on another estimate I got) I decided to call them back Friday morning to schedule and appointment. I was pleased they were able to come that afternoon to install the new water heater. Both Cesar and Dylan were very courteous and professional. They answered all my questions and finished the job in a timely manner. I looked at what they did and it looked good and the water heater is working very well.

We called the AAP-Home Services after they were a company listed in Angie's List. They responded to our location within a couple hours. Our Tech was Saul. He conducted a diagnostic and determined the Gas Control had failed. On his own, Saul called the water heater company and determined the part had to be ordered from the Water Heater company (Rheem), but also found the part was under warranty. The company shipped the part the location where the WH was located. Saul advised as soon as we received it, he would return to the house and complete the repair. It arrived mid morning two days later. I contacted Saul, and true to his promise, he returned to the house and completed the repair. It took him several hours in the hot sun. His service was exemplary. We were extremely happy with the service and the can-do attitude by Saul. We will definitely use AAP - Home Services again.

In 2013, AAP replaced my toilet with a new one (that they recommended). Over the past 4 years, that toilet has plugged up 6 times and I had to pay $125 each time to have AAP unplug it. I complained that they obviously installed a terrible quality toilet. The manager agreed to replace the toilet with a new one that was better quality...for free. No cost for the toilet or the labor to install it. Although I was pretty angry that they recommended a terrible toilet, I appreciated them replacing it for free. It was the right thing to do. Except for this issue, I have been very happy with AAP's service. They have always been able to come the same day I've called (even nights and weekends). And the service guys are all very nice and capable. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

Daniel came out for the consult and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He promised to send an estimate and followed through. We decided on accepting the estimate that was fair and competitive with the couple other estimates we had received. I had a total of five companies give estimates and here is why AAP was picked. 1-Daniels follow up to his estimate. 2- the speed in which they were able to start and complete the project. The smaller companies were unable to schedule a close start date and they said the project would take 3-5 days where AAP took one day for total re-pipe and one day for dry wall repair (included in the estimate price). Daniel came by at the completion of both piping and drywall repair to ensure I was happy with the work. It made it easy to not have to find my own drywall repair company. AAP even offered to send out a cleaning company for three hours to help clean up the house after all the drywall dust and mess. Overall a great experience with AAP and their friendly employees.

First time a slab leek was repaired by diverting water lines, second time a sewer pipe leak in the living room wall between studs were fixed. The sewer line leak was "fixed" by the insurance in such a way, that one side of our living room wall should have been moved by several inches. AAP ( Anthony Pouliot) repaired the leak within an our in such a professional way, we did not need to move the wall, saving us thousands of dollars. We highly recommend his services.

I was very happy with all aspects of their service. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I called on a Saturday and they were at my house within an hour. They replaced my toilet and did a great job. Ricky was the service guy and he was so incredibly nice and very competent. I am new to the area and I am so happy to have found a plumber that I can trust to do good work and not rip me off. I highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again! <br />

We had a broken water heater in the middle of holiday weekend. not only did all american respond quickly and very profesionally, but they quoted me a very competetive price. i am extremely pleased with all american plumbing and the service they provided. needless to say i would absolutely recommend all american to all my friends and relatives. <br />

well the shower leak was fixed right away and parts had to be ordered for the kitchen faucet. however, the wrong pieces were ordered and ultimately we had to purchase another faucet. To do right by us, the owner Anthony came and fixed everything and installed the new faucet. We got the best customer service from the owner himself. So make sure to ask for Anthony. We will definitely use them again in the future. <br />
