"Sorry you were not happy with the service. We do a lot of calls in a day and so it is hard to give an exact time of arrival because we never know how long the previous call is going to take. We do call the customer about 30 minutes before arriving at their house to let them know we are on the way. I just saw this review today 11/17/20 and so I called the customer and she said all we did was check the refrigerator and they elected to not fix it but instead they went and bought a new refrigerator. All they paid for was the service call for checking the refrigerator."
