He was very, very polite and explained everything going on. The only thing i would like to share is his messaging beforehand can come across a little gruff, but i don't think he means it that way.

I initially called Mr. Lloyd to repair my dishwasher. And after hearing all the issues I had he kept it real with me and let me know for the price of the repair I was better off getting a new machine. I told him that I'd use him for the install of the new unit, and once it arrived I gave him a call to set up the installation. He came next day and hooked everything right on up for me. I highly recommend him for anyone's appliance solutions.

Mike responded within 15 minutes of my request and was able to be at my home within 2 hours. He flushed and cleaned the system and the dishwasher is working S good as new. He a sent me an electronic invoice which was very easy to pay. Everything went super smoothly, I highly recommend.

Michael called back within the hour, got to my house within 2 hours and took care of the problem in a speedy, efficient manner. Very polite and helpful, as well. Would definitely use again.

Michael called within minutes of me requesting a quote and came out the very next morning. He found the culprit the was jamming our garbage disposal with ease. A+ service from start to finish!

Dishwasher stopped working. Called a+ . He showed up, unplugged a couple wires under dishwasher and it started working again. Charged me $85.00. He said if it happens again I would need a new control panel for $300.00 parts and labor. Dishwasher stopped working after 2 days. Called a+ , he came out replaced control panel and it worked for 4 days and died. Called back, he came out ' looked at it and said "I don't know what the problem is and I don't know how to fix it. ' I have a 1 year warranty so I asked for a refund. He said no and left. I spent $385 and still have a dishwasher that does not work. Save your money, call someone else.

Mike did an outstanding job. He was prompt, described his diagnosis, and reasonably priced repair. He's my "new appliance go-to guy!"

This company is a one man show. Provider is very unprofessional and unethical. He stated that there was no warranty on an icemaker that he installed. Don't use this person you will have definite regrets! Provider checked my icemaker that was not working properly. Provider stated that it needed to be replaced. Provider went to pick up an icemaker and stated the cost of 215.00. When provider came back the icemaker was operating. I told the provider that the ice maker was working and provider stated that the ice tray was dirty and peeling and still needed to be replaced. I questioned the provider about replacing the icemaker as it only looked stained from the hard water in our house. The provider insisted that it was peeling and needed to be replaced. Hesitantly, I allowed provider to replace the icemaker. I had texted the provider and asked him to provide a warranty for the icemaker and labor. I received no reply via text. I resent the text on Friday March 01 and the provider replied that he sent the information. I checked my email and the provider resent the invoice and added that there was no warranty on the icemaker and the labor was 30 days. I texted the provider and asked who the manufacturer was and their contact information. He texted back Tribles Appliance. I called Tribles Appliance in Rockville, MD and was told that all parts have a one year warranty. At this point I knew the provider was lying and did not want to deal with him at all.

A+ Appliance Solutions did a great job. On time with the correct solution. Mike was very professional and got right to it.

Mike returned my call within an hour regarding a Dryer issue. He stopped by a half hour later, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and was very easy to work with. Would definitely use again.

A+ solutions did a excellent job repairing my wash machine and dish washer. Mr. Lloyd arrived early to my home and very knowledgeable of the appliance brands as well as other various brands. He repaired each item in minimum time. In addition, he waived the estimate fees to accommodate us as first time customers. I highly recommend A+ appliances for any appliance repair.

Company was responsive, efficient and completed the job effectively within 1 business day of reporting (this included diagnostic & ordering parts). Mike was polite, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. Diagnostic was completed and part ordered on Monday (day after Christmas), repair completed on Tuesday morning.

A+ Appliance Solutions replied almost immediately for my service repair request for an error code on the dryer. We set the date/time for Monday (10/10) between 1000-1200. The service technician Mike L, notified me he was enroute. He went right to work and identified the problem and recommended the solution for a new part. He contacted a local appliance supply store in Beltsville, they had the part, and Mike went to get it. In less than an hour, Mike was back and installed the part and put the dryer back together again. He tested the dryer before he left and everything is working perfectly. We'll definitely use A+ again in the future.

Michael did a nice job with the dishwasher repair. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. The dishwasher was making a loud noise when cleaning and Michael was able to reduce the sound of the noise by removing debris that had accumulated over the years. Unfortunately the dishwasher needs a new motor due to water damage but the sound is much better than before. I'll definitely use Michael for my future appliance repair needs.
