At first it went fine, the estimate started in September of 2021, I told Jennifer in wanted the screen replaced and reinforced to stop the squirrels from entering my porch, I purchased the screen on recommendation and the estimated was written and the work started on October 23rd, 2021. 4 people came out to repair it, work was completed in the same day, within a month it started to come off the porch because of the squirrels. They came back out to reinforce the screen a couple of times. The project which started in October and now is into November the same problem, I was told in December that they would return at the beginning of the year to complete the reinforcement. I Started calling at the beginning of the year with no response, now it is April and still no response by phone, text or E-Mail. today, in the rain the screen the is falling out in the corner because of the squirrels. Obviously, the warranty and the response means nothing.

Jorge was very professional and provided difrerents options for the work. We are very pleased with the service, and have already requested a quote for another repair.
