All Around Railings & Fences

I would never hire this company again as they don't stand behind their work. Were great when quoting the work but after installation there was a problem with both gates. I called and was told to send pictures which I did, but was no follow up. After several more calls and sending pictures a second time I have now been told the warranty period is up and they are too busy to come out and the person I was on the phone with hung up on me.

From the moment my wife and I met James Sutcliffe we were impressed with the friendly, honest, and full disclosure approach he provided. He is a good listener and a real professional. The finished project was superb, completed earlier than expected. His workers were a hard working and polite group of men who finished the project, cleaned up after themselves and demonstrated a real interest in their work. What a great job they did. We have had so many compliments from our neighbors. All Around Railings and Fences is a company we will strongly recommend!

Excellent experience for what I was prepared to be a disaster. I was sent a text as the crew entered the neighborhood so that I could ensure the dogs were crates. This is something Iâ d asked if the other companies that offered estimates, and All Around Railings and Fences is the only one that did. The crew not only started on-time, they started early - Iâ d told them how important it was to me to get the fence done due to the dogs. The crew asked me questions as they went to ensure I received the exact product I wanted. They communicated regularly to provide updates of progress and obstacles. They also built the fence board by board rather than using the pre-made panels. This allowed them to match the fence to my yards topography. The lines look clean. I truly could not be more happy with the final product, the customer service, or the overall experience. Thank you All Around Railings and Fences.

This company was fabulous. Of 4 companies I had called this was the only one that was easy to reach, showed up on time, gave us detailed information, and our quote when expected. That was why we chose all around. Since the initial call to the project completion, we have been satisfied. I would highly recommend and use it again in a heartbeat. Finding quality customer service is very hard these days, do yourself a favor use All Around!

I was really happy with the work these guys did. I like the fact that James showed up promptly. They were very competitively priced. All the materials they used were high quality also. Our fence looks amazing. We couldn t be happier with the finished product.
