Remove of 1 car driveway and 2 font sidewalks. Installed forms for same. Installed and tamper gravel for same. The problem started o pour day. It had rained the night before pour day. I sent him a text saying " were not poring today, RIGHT" HE called ad aid the Cement company had canceled the Cement duets the weather. When we first talked before any work had started he told me his 23 year old son worked with him on POUR DAY to help him, so that's what I thought was happening. He said he could get it done and found the Cement. So he shows up with his 2 sons, 13 and 14 year Olds. Now his sons were there working from the get go and are very good workers. So thoughoughe pour starts, this was a 7 yard pour which he said he could do. From what I can tell the Cement started to harder faster than he could finish. I have pics to show finale job. As if it wasn't bad enough, he started to pour backyard sidewalk and ran out of Cement and didn't get finished either. I had just installed new vinyl fencing which ended up Cement and scratches all over it. I have often a kidney transplant at the begin of the year and wasn't feeling well at all. We had a GOOD REPORE during the beginning of thr project, so I trusted him, MY MISTAKE. I had offered him $3,000.00 at beginning of job and he said he would wait till job was done.
