I guess it went well. there were four roofers I was not able to check out the finished work on the dormer, that,s where the leak was ( flat roof) I.have heart heath issues and wasn',t able to crawl up the ladder. something must have been missed on the roofing application ? now it is leaking the ceiling is cracking. I've tried to reach them i couldn't.so that is why i snt you an e-mail asking if any one was handling their work guaranty.

We needed someone to assess the condition of the roof so we bought a deal for Roof, Siding, and Gutter Maintenance. The contractor was here on time and after a quick walk through on the roof, he found several issues including pop-up nail heads and gaps between chimney and the roof. He then hammered down the nail and sealed the chimney gaps with sealant. All in all it took ~30-45 minutes. For the price I paid, I think it iwa a good deal. However if you need more repair, don’t buy this kind of deal because you will just get a quote for another repair.

The crew was excellent. Their diagnosis and remedy was spot-on. They also alerted me to an unrelated issue that might require action an provided an interim solution for that at no charge.

I paid ahead of time. Called and scheduled the appt. They called me on what they thought was the day of the appt. (which was wrong anyway) to cancel because they said I live too far away and that I should just call Angies list to get a refund.

No call back I had to keep calling them The $5500 dollar roofing turned into a $12500 estimate. I do not believe the they wanted to do the job. No work was done and I want a refund of my down payment.

The repair was done. It went very well.

It went great! He fixed the downspout and some loose siding on the back of the house. He even gave suggestions on other work we needed done to the outside of the house.

He did a great job and he (Bobby) was very professional, and he had a nice big smile which is very rare in contractors. They also stuck with the price they quoted and that's a big plus. I would recommend ABB Exteriors to anyone.

They did an outstanding job.

Work -- and workers -- were fine. Communications were great, especially when we had to reschedule because of rain. Was not crazy about a $75 upcharge, which doubled the price we expected to pay.

It was a little rocky to get started. I set the appointment online during the checkout directly from Angie's List. I didn't receive a call or email acknowledging the appointment. When I called a couple of days later, I was told that an email was sent but nothing appeared in my inbox or spam folder. Not a big deal. They were able to set up an appointment with me over the phone. I knew I wasn't going to be home upon their arrival so I advised that my wife would be so they would have access. I mainly wanted to have them inspect and perform minor repair to any areas that may draw attention from a home inspector as we would soon be placing our house on the market. I advised my wife to call me if they had any questions. She called while they were at the house and I explained to one of the reps what I was looking for (tighten up any loose gutters and check roof and siding for areas of concern/repair). I also asked if they'd be able to check for clogged gutters/down spouts. He agreed and we finished up the call. When I arrived home, I could see that a couple of down spouts had been cleared but a couple of very noticeable gutter issues were not fixed. I asked my wife and she said that they weren't there very long after I hung up the phone with them. They did show her an area of concern around the foundation during this visit. I called back the next day to inform them that the inspection/work seemed to incomplete. They weren't able to come back right away. However, they did return for a 2nd visit (about 2 weeks later) and tightened up the loose gutters. No mention of any roof needs and only a mention of a bee's nest when updating my wife about the siding. Overall, Michael in the office and the guys coming to the house were very pleasant and professional. I think with some fine tuning in our communication, everything could have been done in one shot. It wasn't a very time sensitive or pricey project so it didn't come with extreme inconvenience. If I were staying in the area and needed work done, I'd give them another opportunity.

Excellent service! Having a follow-up with them prior to winter to make other repairs that need to be done. Would definitely hire them when we need our roof replaced in approximately 4 years.
