Easy to schedule - which I struggled with at larger places. Fair price. No trace left of himself in the house except for a cleaner fireplace.

Great job. Will use Ron again next year. Showed up on time, did a great job cleaning two story brick chimney with wood stove insert. Reviewed some potential fixes for the coming years. Explained everything in detail. Very pleased.

Did a good job.  Completed the work on schedule and chimney looked good when he was complete.  Stated he would follow up with a sealant later on when the weather permitted it...he did.  All around good experience.

Ron did an excellent overall job.  He was very thorough during his inspection and provided a very reasonable estimate.  After agreeing to a date to do the job, Ron was punctual and finished the work in the time he stated he would.  Overall repair looks great and I look forward to many years of use without any issues. <br />

<p>I have a wood stove insert.  Ron cleaned and inspected the chimney.  The insert made it a little more difficult than some, but he went the extra mile and then explained to me what he found.  I appreciated his good communication, his timely scheduling, and his professionalism.  I will definitely call him again when I need chimney cleaning services.   </p> <br />

Very professional.  He was on time, careful to keep the areas he worked in spotless, and charged ezactly what he said over the phone.    He made no attempt to sell me anything that I had not already asked for.  I will definitely call him again next time I need work done.   <br />

Just needed a sweep but the price to replace a missing damper cap was too good to pass up. Was also informed of a slight irreglarity with my chimney, and was provided with an estimate to fix thst as well. Great service and easy to schedule. <br />

Like most people, I am not always comfortable when a relative stranger is in my home; whether or not I feel safe in his or her presence, and whether attitude and personality are congenial, are factors that weigh heavily when deciding to use a service more than once. Ron has just finished cleaning and inspecting our wood stove and chimney for the second year, and I hope he will be back again next fall; he is prompt, his work is affordable and thorough, and we trust his judgment about the continued effectiveness and safety of a potentially dangerous system. he was professional, kind, quiet, clean, and fast! We're new homeowners with an OLD woodstove, he told me how to operate it, and also informed me that the gasket was old and should probably be replaced soon, and told me how to find a new one. (Super nice w/ no benefit to his own business, gotta love that.) Highly recommend. <br />

Everything went well. He was on time and in addition to cleaning that day explained parameters that woudl require cleaning in the future. <br />

Ron came out to sweep and inspect. We needed a chimney cap and he <br /> provided that too (birds had been nesting in our chimney). He was very <br /> clean and prepared having his own blankets, vacuum and a chimney cap. He <br /> left everything as clean as when he arrived. <br />

Ron arrives on schedule, brings all equipment needed, is well prepared, and we don't have to do anything, or clean up any messes. My husband cranes his neck up the chimney and down from the roof to check on what's been done, and we (doesn't do this as much anymore as he's very sure that Ron does a good job), and they usually converse about anything untoward, or potential future problems. We've never had any type of a chimney problem, and sincerely hope that continues. Ron is licensed, bonded and insured, and that's important to me. The other thing I like is that Ron is personable, soft-spoken and knowledgeable.

Arrived on time, was courteous, clean and thorough. Cleaned up after so that you wouldn't know he was there other than a very clean fireplace.

Fabulous. I've been avoiding getting the chimney swept for years. This winter a branch (half of a tree) fell and knocked the brace off the chimney. So, it was finally time. They got me an appointment the same week I called. It was half the price of the first company I called. The man called to let me know he was on his way. When he got here, he got right to work. Sweeping the chimney was $100. Getting the brace re-attached was only $25. No mess whatsoever. Great service!

ABC Chimney Sweep was very good. They arrived on time and completed the work very quick. I was concerned about a mess the process would create, but they were very clean with the job. The workers were very friendly and the estimate was very reasonable. I would use them again when necessary.
