"Hello we arrived to complete all work within our window of time, I do apologize if you felt we where late. I did explain to your wife about the things we were unable to get sparkly due to excessive amount of buildup. Unfortunately the refrigerator was one of those things. We pulled it away from the wall as best we could (without messing up your floors) to be even be able to open it completly. Next time please contact me within 24hours if the job being completed and we would be more then willing to come back. We do appreciate your business. Thank you."
